My family and I had a wonderful stay and the condo felt like home. Ample space and storage, with beautiful views. Very central location and within easy walking distance to restaurants and activities. Would absolutely stay in this location again!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Location is beautiful with a private walk out to the beach. The outside patio was quiet and peaceful, and the accomodations were perfect for a couples get away. Easy walk to tons of restraunts and shops, whether you prefer to walk down the beach or along the main drag. Communication with the host was quick and easy, really have nothing but good things to say about the location and it's owner!

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

Perfect Place! One of the, if not THE best, AirBnB I've stayed in. Great location!!! Very good communication. Extremely clean and comfortable. View was amazing. Close to restaurants / bars, downtown and right on the beach. Early check in was made available which was great! I had trouble with the door keyless pad getting in (most likely user/my error) but I got an immediate response and resolution after reaching out. Place was cozy, quiet, comfy and perfect view. Parking was super easy and plenty of it! There is an elevator which was nice for my parents. I wouldn't stay any where else when returning and we WILL return. It was cold when we visited so we didn't use the pool but area looked very nice. AWESOME - can't say it enough!!

Joseph’s place is excellent. Stayed for a conference/mini family getaway. Walking distance for conference at Omni. The location is fantastic! Ocean views. Our kids had the best time playing at the beach every day. There was everything you could need for a fun beach day (and ocean was just steps away!). We loved our time in this beautiful home.

We loved Amy’s condo, the view was breathtaking of the beach and the ocean, especially during hurricane Milton! Amy was very supportive during the hurricane, checked on us every day, offered her help in any way and we felt very safe. The condo is very cozy with a comfortable sofa and great bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. I can highly recommend Amy’s condo to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway on a gorgeous beach.

Literally walking distance from the beach. We will be coming again. His response time was very fast and he allowed us to check in early without us asking. Great place, would recommend!

My friends and I had such a great experience from the begin to the end. Hillary made sure we had all we needed to make our stay special. The communication was much appreciated, letting us know the elevator was down we was able to be prepared to go up just one flight of stairs. Such a beautiful and clean home we will definitely be back. Thank you again Hillary!!

Very nice little condo! Upstairs was quiet and comfy. Easy parking and has a nice little pool. A short walk to the beach. Very clean and unpopulated beach. The heat and air controls have a little learning curve but pretty easy. Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this condo as we wanted to have a view and quick access to the beach. We were not disappointed. The view was beautiful we enjoyed walking to the shops and dining and we slept very comfortably. We will be back!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. This was my second year renting this condo. It perfectly fits my needs, I could bring my dogs and enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch watching the ocean.

Absolutely beautiful apartment for a weeks staycation. The apartment was exactly as listed, pristine and homely. Perfect place and location for my family with two kids (11 and 8). The beach was delightful and the town quaint and relaxing to walk around with great restaurants, coffee shops and small independent vendors. Our property manager Ashley was phenomenal, super responsive and helpful. We’ll def be back!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

Condo was beautiful. Sixth floor facing beach. Lovely view. Hosts very accessible when contacted. One recommendation if you stay. Bring kitchen supplies. A lot of dishes and glassware and utensils, but cooking supplies are not available. Such as spices/herbs, aluminum foils, plastic products. If you plan on eating in bring your own. Enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!
