Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Great apartment in central Auckland. Close to many restaurants and cafes (Murdoch's being a standout). Had a ball.

Great location, close to everything including some fantastic restaurants, a woolies and cafe basically at your door, and easy connection to the city centre. The fish and chips shop is fantastic. The property had everything we needed for a fantastic city holiday.

Had a great stay at Simon's place. Incredible area, very walkable and close to transit. Instructions were very clear to get in and use the carpark. Great spot to kick off our New Zealand adventure.

The place and location was amazing and well worth the surprise. Wished we could have stayed longer and highly recommend Emma's place.

Great location! Lots of restaurants, shops, department stores, etc. In walking distance. Great public transportation. Lots to see nearby. Great host! Lack of central ventilation could be problem if you like coocking. A/C would be nice.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

A nice house, large room with on suit on the top floor, a double room on the ground floor where the entrance, living room and kitchen are located and 2 bedrooms on a floor below that. Kane was responsive to everything and helped get things fixed after a storm even during Easter so it was much appreciated.

Great place to stay, just a few flat steps from Palm Beach.. recommend.

The house was beautiful, great decks, great views five star plus. Love the hot tub. Use the garage for plan some darts and a bit of poor. Pretty close walk to the beach. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much. 😊 😊

This is one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I have ever stayed. The view is absolutely stunning, and the level of hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was amazed by the thoughtful touches, including fruits, snacks, and a fridge stocked with water, yogurt, and more—something I’ve never experienced before. The house is spotless, beautifully clean, and equipped with high-quality furniture and appliances that are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, providing everything we could possibly need and more. I regret booking only two days—I wish I had more time to enjoy this amazing place. It’s truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you for such a wonderful and unforgettable stay!

This is my second stay at William's lovely house. The house is super cozy, well appointed, and the views are amazing. I highly recommend it. Do pay attention to the stairs, there are a lot, but worth the effort!

This place is the most amazing Muriwai accommodation. Seeing the beach and surf report right from the balcony was a real treat! But the home and soroundings are also so beautiful and welcoming. We live nearby in Auckland and already had what we needed with us but Clare made sure we know she would be there for us to help and provide anything we're missing. The cafe and literally the cool shop up the road are a 5 minute drive and 22 minute walk away. Thank you so much for having us Clare! We're so grateful and we had an amazing time.

The view was wonderful. Great location. Kayaks & water equipment were in great condition. Beds firm & very comfortable. Water pressure great. Appreciated that kitchen had a decent, sharp set of knives, a nice touch.

Where do I begin! Staying at Suyun’s home was magical! My family stayed here before my wedding day and it was so perfect. The house was even better than we imagined, with a beautiful lounge with floor to ceiling windows that looked out to the gorgeous scenery. A quick walk down the road took me to the beach to watch the sunrise. Suyun was kind, thoughtful and generous. I would definitely recommend!

Great place. aweesome view if you love the harbour and boats. some clubs are loud over the weekend, but listening to live music on the deck is not as terrible as it sounds (and its alot quieter if youre inside with the doors/windows closed). The cafes, restaurants and bars that are on your doorstep have great food and atmosphere. I can recommend Giraffe, White and Wongs, and Wildfire from this trip. The ferry terminal is 5-10 minutes walk from your door, so exploring the islands in the hauraki Gulf is right there. Lots of shopping and malls are 5-10 minutes walk inland. it's a great location with everything very close by and what isn't, is just a short uber or lime/flamingo scooter ride away. Warm, caring host thats very helpful, responsive, and lovely to deal with. Thank you once again Becky.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Great location close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

The location of the air bnb is right next to the harbor area and many things are within walking distance. This was a great location, clean and the host was so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again and I highly recommend it to others.

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!

We had a fantastic 5 night stay whilst on Auckland’s North Shore visiting friends and family. Browns Bay is a beautiful area with plenty of great restaurants and shops and the beach is one of the best in the area. The apartment is beautifully furnished with absolute beachfront views. The apartment itself is spacious and spotless and has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely be using this as our base for future visits and recommend anyone considering this place to take advantage of it. Thank you Adele for your hospitality.
