Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist super und Janin hat all unsere Rückfragen sehr freundlich und schnell beantwortet. Die Natur und auch Ausflugsziele waren sehr schön, vor allem haben wir die Ruhe sehr genossen. Wir können die Unterkunft von Janin wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The book collection was incredible - we spent hours browsing through it. Your hospitality and attention to details made our stay truly unforgettable. Our kids loved Easter eggs hunting in your perfect garden . We will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und gemütlich, der Garten groß und sehr schön angelegt. Als wir ankamen war der Saunabereich leider nicht gereinigt, Benedikt hat sich aber darum gekümmert, dass das zeitnah nachgeholt wird.

The apartment was very nice and in a great area to explore Bavaria with easy rail access to Munich. Rosalind was proactive with instructions and very welcoming on our arrival. Some great information was given for local amenities and ideas for great walks in the Bavarian Alps. Thank you for your terrific contribution to a great time 😊

We had an amazing stay! The space was immaculately clean, and the location was both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would absolutely book again in the future!

Judith and Ludwig were wonderful hosts and neighbors. As first-time visitors to Germany, this home and area were a wonderful taste of the beauty this part of the world offers. And, as a group of five, we had plenty of room to make ourselves at home. The grounds are notably gorgeous as well. Hope to be able to come back some time.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Steffi ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Person. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke Steffi für deine Gastfreundlichkeit!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit am Ammersee, welcher fußläufig zu erreichen war. Das Haus war geräumig und hatte eine schöne Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern und vier Erwachsenen in der Wohnung. Die Größe der Wohnung und der Zimmer war dafür absolut ausreichend. Super, dass es zwei Bäder gibt, quasi für jedes Schlafzimmer eins. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Sie ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist neu, sehr umfangreich und voll funktionsfähig. Auf Rückfragen, haben wir sehr schnell Antwort bekommen und es wurde extra noch ein Kinderstuhl für uns aufgebaut. Die Lage ist wunderschön, ein kleiner Ort direkt an den Feldern und Wald. Man ist innerhalb von fünf Minuten bei einem super tollen Spielplatz für große und kleine Kinder, Bäcker und ein Wirtshaus sind innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für alles andere mussten wir ein bisschen fahren (zwischen 10-30 Minuten je nach dem was wir gemacht haben), aber das war völlig im Rahmen.

Andrea ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Sehr zuvorkommend, immer darauf bedacht, dass alles sauber ist und passt. Man kann mit ihr sehr gut kommunizieren. Ich habe mich sehr schnell wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Nice spacious house, very private and convenient walking distance to public transport station for busses and tram into city centre of Munich. House is provided with all amenities needed for a short stay.
