Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Accogliente monolocale arredato con gusto nel centro storico di Ortigia vicino alla Fonte Aretusa e Piazza Duomo, caratterizzato da un bellissimo arco e un bel soffitto in travi antiche a vista, risalente al 1870. Coloro che si fermano solamente un giorno, (turismo mordi e fuggi) non sanno forse che, Siracusa con le sue bellezze, la sua storia, gli innumerevoli luoghi incantevoli, con le sue mille attrazioni, meritano senz'altro molto più tempo da dedicare!

Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla chiamata Baia del silenzio, e' un'area privata con cancello automatico e custode. Il ristorante piu' vicino è a 7 km, il bar piu' vicino a 4 km. Il paese più vicino è Brucoli a circa 8 km un piccolo borgo marinaro molto frequentato soprattutto in estate in cui troverete bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, un piccolo supermercato.
