We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

Well appointed apartment located in the heart of the old town waking distance to a beach as well as restaurants and shops. We loved the farmers market located a block away most mornings from 8 am to 1 pm. The apartment is located on top of a bar/restaurant however the bedroom is located in the back opposite of the bar so it is quiet. There is no lift to the 2nd floor so something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or trouble climbing stairs. Overall we loved the apartment and would recommend to friends.

Excellent séjour. Tout était parfaitement conforme à la description. Accueil très sympathique. L'appartement est fonctionnel et tout est fourni comme indiqué dans le descriptif, ce qui est très appréciable.

On a logé dans l appart de Fabio du 17 au 22 avril. A notre arrivée il y avait le co-host Cyril qui a été très gentil et disponible comme aussi l'autre co-host Laure qui nous a donnée plusieurs infos pour nous aider à mieux découvrir et apprécier Antibes. On a passé un super séjour! L appart est comme dans la description et dans les photos: propre, ordonné et très lumineux. Il y a une super vue! On rejoint facilement à pied les plages de Juan le Pins en environs 5 minutes et il y a un Intermarché très proche. En plus c'est l'endroit idéal pour qui comme nous a des enfants car il y a des aires jeux très proches. Logement très conseillé. On retournera avec plaisir!

Great place lovely quiet location close to tram and train station. 10 mins from beach and 5 mins super market and bakery/ boulangerie. Great host would recommend.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Saint-Tropez. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the port. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to experience the best of Saint-Tropez!

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! Ivan was a great host! Super responsive and had very clear instructions for the check in and check out process. The location of the Airbnb was great. So many restaurants, stores, and bars to explore right outside the door. And the view was to die for.

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, calme et très bien équipé avec une jolie vue. La grande piscine est très agréable et facilement accessible. Un accueil amical avec de la flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée. Il faut une voiture pour aller faire les courses. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft. Toll ausgestattet - wir haben dort zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit als Familie verbracht. Besonders bemerkenswert ist, die Sauberkeit und der sehr gute Zustand des Hauses. Die ganze Gegend ist fantastisch und wir können es jedem empfehlen dort Urlaub zu machen.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. Le logement et l'endroit correspondaient a nos attentes. Logement décoré avec goût , fonctionnel, terrasse très agreable en septembre. Petite plage bien fréquentée. Nous n'avons pas vu Laure mais la communi cation a été facile . Nous recommandons.

La maisonnette de Fanny est très bien placée. Tout est accessible à pieds facilement et vraiment proche ! L’environnement est paisible. La maison est vraiment pratique avec de beaux équipements. Nous y reviendrons si nous en avons l’occasion c’est sûr. Fanny nous avait envoyé des informations claires avec photos pour arriver et tout s’est passé impeccablement. Je recommande ++

This was our third stay at this wonderful home. We keep coming back because the location in town is so close to all the restaurants and boutiques. The host Chiara is very responsive and the home has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

We had a fantastic time in this stunning apartment in the heart of beautiful Cannes. Daryl was an exceptional and engaging host and we had a wonderful stay. It is situated only 3 minute walk to la Croisette and la Rue d’Antibes which was perfect for us. Thank you so much, and we look forward to coming back soon !

The location is perfect - it is downtown, right at the edge of old town, not too noisy, a 1 minute walk to restaurants, and less than 10 minutes to the beach. The apartment was very simply decorated, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (coffee, cooking utensils, washing machine, etc.)The best part was the cute little balcony with a view over the colorful homes and red brick rooftops. Very charming! The building’s entrance is right on a road so you need to be a little careful coming in and out.

Perfect flat for my Festival stay. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Room to spread my travel belongings. Would definitely stay here again.

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés ce bel appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé avec en plus une grande terrasse, ensoleillée le matin. Isabelle et Alain sont des hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons certainement aux beaux jours pour explorer un peu plus cette belle région.
