Our 1959-vintage caravan is just 12ft long, best for a couple or two friends. At a pinch, two children could sleep in the king single bed; see the photos and description further down. Wake up to the sounds of Lyrebirds, enjoy a private walk in our rainforest gully and stroll around the garden, one of the best private gardens in the Dandenongs. Offering a minimum one-night stay for a quick getaway, or stay longer & enjoy the peace, sit by the fire - made from a beer keg, and roast marshmallows.

Vintage Vues - Cute, Quirky and Eco with Forever Views. 'Meg' the 1959 Globe Caravan is positioned with vistas across the stunning mountain ranges. Soak up the sunrises and sunsets in cosy 50s style. The caravan features a seating area /kitchen with gas cooker and an esky for cold things. There's an outdoor fire pit and gas BBQ for enjoying dinner, drinks and unforgettable sunsets! The bathroom and shower block is a 350 metre walk. The caravan is off grid, solar powered with bottled rainwater.

Viscount Royal Caravan 1974 On Historic Property

The Viscount Royal Caravan 1974 is a huge (9 metre) & has been rejuvenated. Modern but with a fab 70’s atmosphere. It sits under a huge shed with carport, deck & overlooks farmland & bush. It is 50 metres from our old house. Daylesford is 7 minutes away with excellent cafes, restaurants, shops & well-being indulgences. Wineries & galleries are plentiful within a small radius. The “Swiss Mountain Hotel”, our local, has good food, a nice atmosphere & is only 5 minutes to the west in Blampied.

The Bay of Fires Bush Retreat is set amongst a beautiful bush setting, close to the stunning Bay of Fires beaches, and only 2.5km from the Binalong Bay township, and 8km from St Helens. These tents sleep 2 adults only. Sorry, no pets or children are allowed in these ultra-luxurious glamping tents. With a large king-size bed and inviting doona, sofa, cosy reading lamps, dining table for two, and a crackling log fire in the main room, you will adore the subdued lighting and romantic atmosphere. Leather straps allow the walls to be completely opened up or closed down as you prefer. The spacious ensuite bathroom has a vanity, bathtub for two, a shower and of course toilet.
