Small, but thoughtfully equipped. *2026 is byo towels & linen due to having a baby and no capacity to do linen. Price altered accordingly. It's easy. Spacious 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) apartment in the central village. Our sunny apartment looks out to stunning mountain views with an easy walk to ski/ mountain bike lifts, restaurants, bars and shopping. With no common walls and on the top floor the apartment is quiet. Lockup storage for skis, bikes and prams. Designated parking space. Free winter shuttle bus. This apartment is our winter home, we invite you to share it during the summer months. Perfect for couples or a small family to spend time biking or hiking the trails of Mt Hotham Alpine Resort and into the surrounding Alpine National Park, or just spending a cool summer break in the mountains. This small but fully functional two bedroom apartment is modestly furnished over two levels - a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Our beautiful holiday home is located conveniently near the Mannum Township. Just a short 5 minute stroll to Mary Ann reserve and the Main Street. The living and kitchen area flows conveniently to the balcony which overlooks the waterfront. You will have your own private beach, area for swimming and docking your boat.
