Welcome to the Whitsundays, my name is Melanie and I will be your host. Our family home is tucked away in the backdrop of national parks. With the Whitsundays on our door step you are a short day trip to the Islands, Great Barrier Reef and Whitehaven Beach. The Whitsundays offers a great diversity of attractions, activities and experiences with the stunning backdrop of the Great Barrier Reef and 74 island wonders. You will find plenty to do when on holidays here from Bush walks to snorkel trips.

The Getaway Box

Your accommodation is a newly converted ex shipping container, fully self contained , with a large covered all weather deck area attached. The Getaway Box sits serenely and privately in sub tropical rainforest gardens approx. 6kms from central Byron Bay. You are only a 5 minute drive from beaches, restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the best of both worlds - immersed in natural surrounds away from the hustle and bustle, it's hard to believe you are only minutes from the fun and attractions of Byron.

SS Retreat

A perfect getaway in a comfortable, airconditioned 2 bedroom bungalow with its own private pontoon, balcony, kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating area. There is endless sporting equipment, such as a dingy with an electric motor, large canoe, kayaks, SUP’s and a dartboard. The bungalow is unique as it has an extra seating area to relax and look over the lake especially on sunset. Lake Bennett is supplied with safe drinkable bore water throughout the home. A great place to unwind, relax and have fun.

The Coffee Roasting Shed in stunning Carool

Unwind at this stunning hinterland location. This farm stay was lovingly renovated from the old coffee roasting shed and built with a coastal rustic feel. Enjoy the sea and mountain views from the large deck and surrounding coffee plantation. The Roasting Shed is located in the Tweed Valley, a locals-only spot surrounded by wildlife and fresh mountain air. A perfect break for those looking to escape the city, attend a wedding celebration or enjoy the local distilleries, restaurants & beaches.

Tara Stable

The Adelaide Hills is a refreshingly relaxing place to explore in Summer in the cool of the Hills; and winter wineries, open fireplaces, historic sites and warm, stone buildings of which Tara Stables is one. Built in the 19th century, this delightful abode offers warm, romantic vibes as you cosy up between the colourful stone walls and beneath the open rafters. Spacious rooms offer plenty of space and the outdoor courtyards are great to sit around the firepit and soak in the country air.

Coastal Pods Wynyard

Situated on the banks of the Inglis River in Wynyard, northern sunshine streams into these two bedroom, two bathroom self-contained luxury escape pods. Put your iphone away, grab a good book, play a board game with your kids, and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle whilst soaking in some riverside ambiance. The Coastal Pods offer the perfect base for your North West Coast exploration. Enjoy a slower pace, beach walks without the crowds. Holiday like you used to when you were a kid.

Bali-inspired poolside studio nestled in tropical gardens, with a private leafy outlook, separate entry and exclusive use of the sparkling saltwater pool. Fully self-contained, it is within easy walking distance of the patrolled beach, local shops & cafe and Caves Beachside Hotel.
