It was a beautiful weekend gateway inside a bus while distancing yourself from daily business and emercing yourself in nature while having lots of insight to wild animal and living in the shoes of a farmer. We really enjoyed our stay and very thankful for the lovely couple who has been very kind and supportive while teaching us lots of new things. Great place to visit.

There was much excitement pulling up to the Bus itself. Even from the outside, we knew it would be good. It turned out to be better, it was amazing!! What an experience! Every little nook and cranny of this place has been thought about. Great workmanship on the woodwork in the bus. It had all you would need. We were a family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids - and we were very comfortable. You would think that it would be a squeeze but it’s like a tardus in there. You actually couldn’t tell u were in a bus once ur in it. Kids loved the outdoor space too. It was truly a unique experience and check out at 11am was an unexpected bonus! Got to enjoy it for that bit longer :)

We had a great stay at Kookaburra retreat. So peaceful and relaxing. The retreat has a rustic charm and is in a great spot for walking. Melita is a great host. Clear communication and very responsive to messages. We can’t wait to go back!

This beautiful little hideaway is hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in. I come here a few times a year and it feels like home. Otto and Susie are so accommodating whilst allowing for complete privacy. Their space is comfortable with every thoughtful touch you could want tucked into the coastal trees. Thanks again Susie and Otto. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We loved Bertha! Had a fantastic stay, stunning spot and surrounds, so peaceful and beautiful, our little cow neighbours were the best! So nice and friendly and they even liked our dogs. Our dogs also had the best time it was excellent to be able to take them. The bus was so quirky and cute, like glamping and as expected for a vintage bus that there will still be bugs etc but was definitely kept clean and perfectly stocked for everything we needed. Would definitely stay again, thank you Maria and Ben

We loved our stay. Patricia’s place is the perfect little lake house with a very quaint appeal and everything you could need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. We loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and enjoying the lake, will be back.

Staying at the Yellowstone Caravan was an unforgettable experience. The space was very cozy. The host was thoughtful and responsive, providing great tips on the difficult weather situation leading our concerns about our access to property due to the causeway flooding but Carolyn was able to make sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. This was the perfect blend of adventure and comfort. Highly recommend to anyone visiting here who wants something a little unique and special!

So happy we booked this place, we had a fabulous time. So comfortable, private and exactly what we wanted. Everything was as described. Being able to bring the dog that was so well catered for was an extra special touch. Will definitely be recommending!

This tiny house is clean & compact, with a deck, & simply amazing views in all directions! Some great touches like new fly screens to keep out any nasties. It was lovely to hear the moo-ing of the cows in the next paddock. Conveniently located, only a short drive to Copping for supplies, & a petrol station less than 10 mins away. The only negative thing (depending on who you are travelling with) I'd say is that it should be disclosed in the house description that the toilet, shower and vanity are located within the bedroom, with only a thin partition separating the toilet from the bed, and the glass shower within view of the bed. I think some couples could find it awkward &/or embarrassing to have so little privacy, especially if one had an upset tummy!! The bedroom/ bathroom does have a sliding door to separate it from the lounge/kitchen area, but it wouldn't be much fun at 2am to request your partner get out out bed and go into the lounge so that you could use the loo!!

We had a lovely stay at Ryan’s place! The beautiful big backyard was perfect for our dog to run around and play. I also really enjoyed the espresso machine and the nice selection of coffee grounds. The house is bright, clean, and the water pressure is excellent. Ryan and his family were very friendly and welcoming. Better than all motels and holiday parks in Jindy. Definitely a place we’d love to stay again. Highly recommend! Don’t forget to bring your laptop or iPad , wifi is very reliable and it feels amazing to enjoy a movie by the fireplace.

Being lovers of nature and art this was the perfect little place. Cosy caravan with beautiful outdoors kitchen and living area.

Lovely stay! Poppy was gorgeous and in such an amazing area. The bathroom and creek were an absolute highlight! A little close to main road, we also experienced a road closure due to flooding during our stay which made it difficult to get around but only added 10/15 mins to any trips. The rain also attracted a lot of mosquitoes which were slightly difficult to keep out of Poppy. Would have loved to see some animals but understand they like to move around.

The hosts were great at communicating with us and really lovely. The accommodation was great and really personal with everything you will need. Decorated lovely too. It had been raining heavily so the grounds / field the accommodation is in was very wet and squelchy so best to bring good boots for this to get back and forth from bathroom.

Too cute !!! Betty Boop as a caravan was all we needed when it was time to turn in... They say the best room in the house, is NOT in the house... well this whole accommodation is basically a top-end glamping space with a serene view like no other!!! Kookaburras morning and evening... Cheeky young magpies skulking about for a few treats... just heaven !!! We would love to return again and again and again... didnt want to leave, seriously !!!! And please give Charlie a pat for us... the friendliest border collie totally living his best life 🙏🏽🕉❤️

We camped at Aretha's on our bike ride along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. it was great to have a clean warm shower and our daughter absolutely loved interacting with the animals onsite. Aretha and her husband were wonderful hosts.

absolutely loved our stay here! it was super easy to find with clear instructions. everything you could possibly need was catered for with breakfast provided as well as some complimentary snacks and wine! the place itself was stunning and the views were incredible as well. could not fault any aspect of this stay, it was just perfect and Carly and Andrew were as well. we wish we stayed longer!

The bus was just incredible, and our stay was so peaceful and quiet. We loved it, and will be back to stay again (hopefully soon!). Thanks again guys, you’ve really made the place a home away from home.

Our Easter escape to this charming farm stay was pure magic, as it always is! What keeps me coming back is the perfect combination of being close to home while feeling completely "off the grid." I absolutely adore waking up to horses in the paddock right outside our accommodation, and feeding them the carrots provided by the thoughtful owners creates moments I treasure every time. The tranquility is unmatched - no traffic noise, just the soothing sounds of nature and beautiful wildlife all around. Despite returning multiple times, the magic hasn't diminished one bit; if anything, each visit deepens my appreciation for this special place where I can reset and reconnect with nature. It remains my favorite peaceful retreat, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

This is honestly one of the most incredible air bnb stays I have ever experienced. The photos do not do this place justice. The character and the tranquility is so beautiful. So much land to wander, watch the local wildlife and bath under the stars in the outdoor bath. So many little hidden rooms/areas to watch the world go by. So happy with our stay, one night was not enough. Back for a longer stay soon! Thank you so much

If there was an option to give a six star review, I would without a doubt. Robert and his family were amazing. They made us feel right at home. My partner and I live on the Gold Coast and for the last year we’ve wanted to make a weekend out of going to a small town and stargaze for the weekend. Staying at this Airbnb was so comfortable and homely. Robert was a wealth of knowledge and provided some awesome recommendations of things to do in Kingaroy and close by. We are so glad we chose this place for our weekend away. I think it’s the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at….EVER. Thank you so much guys for having us and making our weekend at one to remember. I really hope we can be back in Kingaroy at your lovely Airbnb someday soon .

Had a wonderful 2 nights here with my friend. The place was very cozy and had everything that we needed and it was also close to the shops and fremantle centre. It was lovely to meet neo the cat as well😊

A hidden gem in rural NSW. A delightfully restored train carriage that had everything you needed. Extremely comfortable king bed, hot, powerful shower and lovely breakfast provisions (and good wifi reception too!) An added bonus was Rita kindly showing us a magnificent collection of early Australian memorabilia that is housed on the farm. Well worth a visit.
