Muy bien comunicado (metro C a 20 metros, metro a 5 min en la dirección D de Roma o San Giovanni). La basílica de San Juan en Letràn está a poca distancia (5 min). La zona peatonal Pigneto es un 7/8 minutos a pie. La calle es tranquila aunque cerca de todos los servicios necesarios (restaurantes, locales, supermercados, farmacias). La terraza de 30 metros cuadrados es agradable tanto en verano como en invierno, decorada con plantas y muebles de jardín, buena para cenas y cócteles al aire libre.
