Little Bear Studio/Den is part of a house located at Little Bear Farm, an 8 acre private property with a large yard and field for romping with a dog, sledding, or walking around our pond and fields. Conveniently located near Banner Elk and Valle Crucis, we are close to shopping or the slopes. We are adjacent to 450 acres of forest that is part of the Blue Ridge Conservancy, offering hiking trails to the public. Our backyard is Grandfather Mountain, and Tanawha Trail is within walking distance of the property for hikers. Grandfather Mountain, Price Park, Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain, wineries and and all of the restaurants of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are minutes away. On the other side of the cabin, there is a family favorite guaranteed-catch trout farm - but, occasionally, you may smell the fish!

At a mere 200 sq feet, our luxury tiny house makes the most of it’s space. You’ll find a nice size kitchen, washer/dryer combo, closet, queen bed, full size utilities, and a unique shower/Japanese soaking tub combo! Beautiful views of sunrises, hump mountain, banner elk, and beech mountain. The kitchen & living area features tall ceilings but *please note* the bathroom and closet ceiling height is shortened to about 6 ft to make room for the loft bedroom above.
