The apartment is very new and clean with great space. The area is very residential and the Sainsbury's Local grocery store is only a couple of minutes walk away. The closest tube station East Putney on the district line is within walkable distance. Kat cafe that serves fresh juices, smoothies, coffee, sandwiches and delicious goods is within 5 minute walk. There is a beautiful green park within 5 minute walk as well. The host is wonderful, responds to any issue in the house promptly. Our family had a fantastic time in the apartment, will certainly stay here again on our next trip to London.

This was the best host experience I’ve ever had, combined with a wonderful home in the heart of London. Our stay was an incredible find at a great price. The apartment is exactly as described—beautifully furnished, well-equipped, with modern plumbing and a smart design. The location is fantastic, close to shops, the metro, and a lovely park with a Sunday market. Our trip started under stressful circumstances when our original Airbnb fell through. Late on a Sunday night, with two kids, we were stranded. Anna and Niki responded immediately, welcomed us warmly, and checked us in right away. Their kindness and support meant the world to us. The home was spotless, smelled wonderful, and even had a thoughtful book collection. Anna and Niki’s care made all the difference. This place is a true gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting London. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

A place I now stay for second time. I will for sure come back to this same place next time I go to Leamington Spa, it feels very much like home in all aspects. I can only highly recommend it.

Great stay in a great location walkable to everything you need and the tube station close but also nice and quiet surroundings. Parking was good on street just outside the building. He was very responsive and set up a travel cot on request. Thanks for the stay!

Le logement proposé par Tryce était très bien pour 4 personnes, avec 3 chambres privées. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et un sapin de Noël décoré nous y attendait. Tous les équipements étaient présents. Petite remarque sur la propreté des ustensiles de cuisine mais cela est probablement dû aux anciens occupants/vacanciers. Un tour au lave-vaisselle et c’était réglé ! L’emplacement est calme, mais vous êtes à 10 bonnes minutes de marche de la station de métro, il y a cependant des bus également. Pour autant, de cette station de métro vous atteignez facilement le centre-ville et les stations principales. Il est très facile de se déplacer à Londres. Une supérette est au bout de la rue, très pratique. Vous pouvez vous faire livrer facilement des repas, car il y a peu de restaurants dans le quartier. Enfin, Tryce a été une excellente hôte, dans sa communication en amont et pendant le séjour au besoin. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Absolute lovely place in a quiet area of London. The flat is exactly as described and it has everything you need for a short or long stay. Totally recommended, would love to come back!

FIVE STARS! A stunning home, immaculately kept, had everything we needed and was a 10 minute (beautiful) walk to everything- high street pubs shops and canal. There was lots of information on gaining access to the property and general information about the village and amenities. The welcome board with our name on was a nice touch, together with all the lollipops, chocolates and sweets! It was really peaceful and we got a good night's sleep on the large comfortable bed. It was airy and light, very clean and well maintained and equipped for our overnight stay. We met Katie after we called about the heating which she came and fixed immediately. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

Had a lovely stay. Great communication from Dinah and lovely and clean. There are some low slanted ceilings so watch your head! Brilliant location in a peaceful village, lovely 45 min walk along the Thames into Windsor. Would stay again.

We had a fab stay, the property was just as listed. It was easy to get to places like Oxford for sightseeing.

Good location, Shephard’s Bush is on five minutes walk to metro station bringing you to the innercity on 20 minutes. Neat and nicely decorated place with 2 separate bedrooms (one single bed, one double 140 cm) and a sleeping bench in the living room. Good accomodation, quiet some supermarkets and multi-ethnic restaurants in the neighbourhood. Tamara was responsive, had correct communication. The extra guarantee she asked was not something I was used to (as being host myself), but I think this was a correct and quiet standard treatment for London stayings. We felt at home, and once we come to London, we wlll remember this to rebook it possible. Recommendable!

I had the loveliest stay. It was clean, in a beautiful area and near lots of bus stops. I felt very safe as a female, solo traveller. I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place for my travels.

Really easy to find and good location for access to the surrounding area. Everyone in the White Elephant was very friendly and had dog treats on hand to give to the dog. Easy communication and would happily stay again.

Great place to stay. Looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Vanessa was lovely and met me and my dogs upon arrival. The little additions of food that she left for us were great, and the garden was just perfect for my dogs. We will definitely come back if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved Gregory’s place, plenty of space for our family of 4. The beds were really comfortable and we utilised the airbed which was great. Great location, it was really easy to get on the bus to the tube and get around London. Coffee shop and corner store over the road which was really handy. We will be back!

We loved our mini-break here, had everything we needed. Eveleen was there to welcome us and had left us some kitchen essentials for a well-needed cuppa. The bed was super-comfy. This apartment was comfortable and compact for a couple and had the bonus of a 20minute walk into town. Thank you!

The designs of the rooms were gorgeous, easy on the eyes, minimal and classic. It felt right at home. I definitely enjoyed spending time in the living room with Sidra and Freya, the adorable and ever relaxed german shepherd. We had late night movies and conversations. She became a great friend and has always been a superhost. There are cute cafes nearby, def try grumpy cook. They make good cappuccinos and pancakes. It was also convenient to do grocery as sainsbury is nearby, about 5-6 minute walk. No problem going to the centre as well, bus stop is an easy 5 minute walk. Train station is less than 10 mins by bus. Overall, lovely and comfortable stay. Will definitely visit Sidra and Freya soon.
