I had a wonderful one-night stay with family at this property! The place is new, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The large room, spacious hall, balcony, and bathrooms made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Its location is perfect—right near Kuttikanam town and conveniently situated on the main road. Though it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

It's a calm ,spacious and beautiful place. Nice restaurants nearby and food delivery is available . Sheeba is very responsive and proactive. The plcae is clean and meticulously maintained. Ideal for a large gathering .

We stayed at this place with family for 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. Right from check in to check out, the host was super responsive and very friendly. We felt right at home with the positive attitude of the host. This house is also very beautiful and matches exactly as per the pictures. All three bedrooms had AC and the kitchen was a fully equipped one. There was also washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool was yet another highlight. Overall it is a super worth place for families, very much recommended

The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. Our kids particularly loved the generous size of the rooms, giving them plenty of space to play and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the modern amenities throughout the property ensured a cozy and convenient stay. We also appreciated how well-maintained everything was, from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully kept bathrooms. The location was ideal for a family getaway, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Genesis to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat. It was a memorable holiday.

The home is exactly opposite Samasthi retreat center near the bank of Pamba river. It's a private and peaceful place with ample space in living area. The balcony and the compund area is large enough to accommodate bunch of people. I had booked the home for my wedding. The sitting room and living room space was more than enough to accommodate the priests and other guests who came in morning. Overall, I thank Jiji and his sister in law for their excellent hospitality and clear instructions during the stay.
