Shah's house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. He was very responsive to requests for information, and when we found a problem with the AC he had an electrician there in a few hours on a Saturday night! The carport is covered, and there are locks for the front door and the entrance gate. There is a washer and a dryer! A large supermarket is five minutes away. Shah gave us a long list of his favorite restaurants and also told us how to get to the Perhentian Islands. He recommended going to the fishermen's village there to rent a private boat for snorkeling and we ended up staying for a few nights by the village, which for us was a great place for home base. Shah lives down the street from this house, and we met him (and his young daughter) and really liked him.

good house. only bad thing is entrance road too narrow and less place to park car. if you come with 2 cars, then problem parking. other than that everything is perfects.

It was a great place to stay . So peacefull and very big house with 4 bedrooms and bathroom inside . Ada extra pillows and comforters . Paling best setiap bilik ada aircond . Rumah sangat kemas dan bersih . Ada dapur & perkakas boleh digunakan . Terima kasih tuan rumah . I really recommend this house . 🥰🥰🥰 . Just advise , tuan rumah kena lebihkan lock kunci atau mangga for more safety .

syam is very good and kind. at first he mentioned to pay a deposit, but i refuse to pay because it doesn’t state in airbnb and syam okay with that. the place is clean. you guys should try his place. worth it to try but its not very near to beach. overall okay and good. thank you syam 😊

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, making the whole process seamless. The location of airbnb was perfect, close to the restaurants and beach. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Rumah bersih dan cantik, laman rumah siap ada spot utk OOTD, small play area untuk anak-anak. Ada 3 bilik tidur semua aircond termasuk aircond di ruang tamu. Peralatan agak lengkap: sabun mandi ada, mesin basuh ada, sabun basuh baju disediakan, TV/netflix ada, iron, hanger dan tempat sidai kain ada, tuala, peralatan dapur/pinggan mangkuk pun banyak, coway ada. Masa kami datang cuaca panas jadi banyak nyamuk di kawasan perumahan tu tapi Ridsect disediakan jadi sangat membantu (hari ke-3 ada orang datang buat fogging alhamdulillah). Boleh repeat lagi.

Tempat best. Mengadap pantai. Pantai bersih landai sesuai utk budak2 cuma kadang2 ombak kuat. Sekitar rumah ada ayam, kambing, ?angsa sesuai jugak buat anak2 kenal haiwan. Seronok budak2. Kat pantai tu ada org buat aktiviti atv, kuda. Pada saya homestay ni bagi satu feeling yg lain la dari homestay biasa. Mmg berbaloi buat yg nak rehat2, santai2.. Jauh dari kesibukan kota tapi taknak pegi sampai ke pulau. Haaagituuu..

The property was well taken care of. Very clean and well looked after. Requested for 12 towels and we had them when we arrived. Love the property - only thing is there is no hot water heater for shower. Amazing host and will definitely stay here again next time

Host sangat responsive dan membantu. Rumah besar dan selesa. 4 bilik tidur dan 3 bilik air. Water heater cuma ada di 1 bilik air tingkat atas. Katil selesa. 4 helai tuala disediakan. Berhampiran restoran, Mydin Tunjong dan Giant. Keseluruhan penginapan sangat baik. Terima kasih.

The house was nice, and the host was very responsive. I was supposedly arrive at 2pm, negotiated to 2pm, and the host allowed it. Then, change of a plan, arrived at 12pm, and he allowed it. So, I must say very nice side of the host. The airbnb was inside of his territory. Recommended because of the nice and clean house, friendly host.
