We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

The home was as advertised. Safe and walkable area and very easy access to the T. Venus was very responsive and helpful with questions we had before our stay. We really enjoyed!

My groups stayed at Trang’s home for 2 night and our stay was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured in the listing and was very clean and spacious. Check-in instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. Would definitely stay again in the future if we ever find ourselves in the area.

This place is worth every penny. Squeaky clean & comfy living space in a peaceful neighborhood. You are a 4 minute drive to great coffee shops, restaurants/bars, stores... Without traffic you’re an easy 20-25 minute drive to Downtown Boston. Ken & Amy’s place allowed us a perfect combination of local and city experiences. As hosts, they are as responsive and accommodating as any we’ve booked with; available anytime to help with anything which we appreciate! We truly felt at home here and will definitely look to book this place again for our next trip to Boston!!

Excellent lugar , viaje con mi equipo de trabajo y la casa está muy bien para un buen grupo de personas grande , todo limpio ordenado muy cómodo es como sentirse en casa y el parqueo muy amplio tiene buen acceso a carretera principales , el ambiente es súper tranquilo algo que me pareció espectacular y sin duda volvería a elegirlo en mi próximo proyecto por el área . La persona encargada muy atenta y resolvió cualquier duda sobre la casa .

We stayed here for the Boston Marathon and really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable. Marybeth and Steve were very accommodating and helpful. I did want to mention how we navigated the marathon if helpful! I dropped our runner off at the Endicott station in the morning (5 min drive from the house) which goes directly to the Back Bay Station near gear drop/the busses. For watching, we drove to the Wellesley Hills station around 745am before the roads closed. There is a great coffee shop attached (with clean bathrooms!) right on the course. This is mile 11-ish. You could easily watch from there but we took the commuter rail from Wellesley Hills to Aburndale Station. The course is about a 10 min walk from the station. Once we saw our runner, we took the commuter rail from Aburndale to Back Bay which is around the corner from the finish / the family meeting spot. I hope this helps!

Second time staying here. Our favorite place out of all the homes we’ve stayed at. Super clean, comfy beds, and huge kitchen. Karen is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Eric's comfortable AirBnB Victorian home in Medford, Massachusetts, and I can't recommend it enough. The location is unbeatable—a mere 15-minute drive to downtown Boston, a short stroll to Medford’s own downtown, and just a brief drive away from Somerville. With several supermarkets within close proximity, everything you need is right at your fingertips. This property isn’t your typical modern-style rooftop accommodation; it exudes an incredible sense of character and history. Every corner of the home has a character—immaculately clean, exceptionally safe, and wonderfully spacious, providing an inviting and comfortable environment that truly felt like home. Eric has proven himself to be an outstanding host, always responsive to any questions or requirements I had. His attentiveness and warm hospitality enhanced the entire experience, making my stay both enjoyable and stress-free. Without a doubt, I will be back for my next show in Boston

Everything was as listed and very responsive and great host. The property was in a very nice and in a great town. We enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay at Maxine’s place. We had 7 people and this home was spacious and clean. Maxine was also very responsive and helpful. I had forgot my jacket here after checkout and was able to arrange to pick it up. The area was also nice and peaceful.

UNBRIDLED JOY. Dara and Paige's house is welcoming right away, with a comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen area filled with fun, bright decor. The house radiates joy and fun and comfort. My friend and I took a last-minute getaway here, and it was exactly what we needed. The colors are both cheerful and calm, and the place is furnished for relaxing cozily. We had a blast shopping the items in the house, which is a wonderful unique twist. Everything was exactly as described and better. Communication was SUPERB. You couldn't ask for two kinder or more caring hosts. We especially appreciated the attention to accessibility since I have some mobility issues. We can't wait to go back again. Everything about this house raises our spirits and makes us laugh out loud with delight. We loved every moment and are already looking forward to our next stay. THANK YOU!!!!!

Host was great at communicating and making sure our needs were met. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. Location is excellent for a family with children. Everything you need is close by and the train stop was literally down stairs. Excellent experience all around.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights and felt right at home. It was very clean and comfortable. The owners are very friendly and respond very quickly. The instructions they left couldn’t be more clear. We definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay here another time in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

Such a perfect place. Super soft towels, comfy bed, perfect little kitchen w everything we needed. Gave us great ideas for things to do during our stay and even tips to avoid the traffic coming into town. Would recommend!!

Needed a good home base while in town for the marathon. Easy to use the bus to connect to the redline and get everywhere I had to go! Balcony was beautiful and neighborhood felt quiet and safe!

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

My two adult children and I stayed here with our two dogs while my wife was having surgery in Boston. The location was great. Car ride to the Longwood medical area was about 25 minutes. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on small lots, not at all fancy but entirely safe as far as we could tell. We were just a few short blocks from a school playing field where leashed dogs were welcome, and other dog-walkers were often on the street in the morning and evening. The house is a bit quirky. There is no seating in the kitchen, but the dining area is very spacious although located down a short hallway from the kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms was more than ample and very quiet at night. We slept well. As we stayed more than a week we were grateful that laundry facilities were present in the basement. Roosevelt was an excellent host and quick to respond to my requests. I would definitely stay in his place again should a similar situation arise.

We will be back! Loved the view of course. So walkable and close to Logan airport. Great location. Super clean. All the light and shade switches were well marked so it was easy to navigate the big beautiful windows. Great bathrooms, comfy beds and linens. I usually prefer a fence for the dogs, but there was plenty of space to walk them around the property as well as the beach across the street.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Lower level of a duplex with a young family upstairs. Host was very responsive and helpful. Kitchen was well equipped. Back deck was really peaceful and quiet.

We had a lovely time staying at Julie's unit. My husband and I and our small dog enjoyed our stay. Julie is very easy to communicate with and responsive. The bed is comfortable in a spacious bedroom. The other areas are comfortable and nice. I used the office area to work and appreciated the additional monitor and spacious desk. The unit is conveniently located near two large grocery stores, Star Market and Shop N Stop, and numerous restaurants a few minutes to get to. We ate outdoors with our dog at the seafood restaurants by the beach and also enjoyed a lot of take out from the numerous Asian restaurants on Hancock. It was handy to be able to use the washer and dryer downstairs. We appreciated the on premise parking space. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. We took frequent walks with our small dog and the neighbors are friendly. There are many appliances to use including two coffee pots, spices, and condiments. Julie is a great host. We would stay again.
