It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

The charming loft with balcony is in the center of Vienna, in a quiet area not far away from the Votive church and only 15 minutes walking from the cathedral of St. Stephen. To bus/tram and city bike station only 2 min walking, next metro station 5 min. You can use Netflix with your own account. The 50 m2 non-smoking loft is in an historical style house on the last floor. There is an elevator.
