Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Unsere 2025 fertiggestellte Waldvilla ist umringt von zahlreichen Kiefernbäumen und liegt direkt im Küstenwald nur 200m entfernt vom wunderschönen Sandstrand des Seebads Lubmin. Es handelt sich um ein einzigartiges holzverkleidetes Architektenhaus mit großer eigener Terrasse, zwei Schlafzimmern jeweils mit Kingsize Boxspringbett und separaten Bädern, einem Kinderzimmer, Sauna, Kamin und modernster Inneneinrichtung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und direkt zum Wohlfühlen einlädt.

Huset har en stor veranda och fin tomt som sträcker sig runt huset och in i den värmländska skogen. En kort cykeltur bort hittar ni mataffär, pizzeria och bensinstation (ca 3km). Vill ni uppleva den värmländska idyllen och de mystiska skogarna så har ni hittat rätt.
