Very clean owner very responsive great location

We stayed here recently during a bourbon tasting trip. The house was great, check in was easy and the location is convenient to everything in town.

Great place to stay since it’s near Main & Market. Home is large enough for friends and family. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels. The only downside, while not something Ed can control, is the smell from the pork processing plant which is a block away. Luckily the smell was only on Friday (manure/feces) from the plant. Saturday, Sunday and Monday (MLK day) there was no stench.

The place was really clean and exactly as described. Lot of thought was put in the interior and setting up of the place. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. If we are back in Louisville, we will definitely would love to stay here again.

Amazing stay, the ultimate place to stay in Louisville. I would defiantly stay here again. Perfect for large groups, very clean, lots to do, spacious, great experience. The host was also very responsive, and easy to work with. Thank you Brad!

I am not sure that I can fully articulate just how great this spot and Brandon was as a host. The previous reviews absolutely stand for themselves in saying its cozy, quiet, extremely clean and true to its description in the listing. We absolutely will seek out this space to book again when we visit later this year!

Thank you so much for such a great stay. Deanna was very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and the driveway was large. Completely close to restaurants and entertainment. The beds were comfy and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we come back and visit we will be rebooking. Thanks for having us!

We had a great stay after a concert in Iroquois Park. The host responded to all of our questions right away. We loved that the location was so close to attractions and restaurants but was still a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay in Louisville.

The place was gorgeous. Loved being near the airport. Being a career long aviation person, it was great. communication was wonderful and host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions.

Our only problem was the refrigerator handle was broken and made difficult to open sometimes and you need another comfortable chair outside to enjoy the view with two of us. I will say that it was a pleasant stay and especially since we traveled with our pet and Booger was there to greet us . They got along great after the obligatory sniffing and Booger took her on a couple of tours around the farm and grounds. Would definitely stay again but this time with the cafe open .

The home was just as described! Peaceful, private, clean, accommodating and comfortable! The hosts are amazing! They could not have been more responsive, timely and generous during our time! It made us feel at home. We can’t wait to rebook with Lucas and Margo! Highly recommend this stay!

Don't hesitate, book this place! Not only is it in the perfect location - central to everything and extremely safe - it's also beautiful inside! From the moment we walked in, it was open, spacious and extremely clean. It has three spacious bedrooms and a lovely back patio and yard. Bonus - it also has a wonderful host who is extremely responsive. Will definitely be back!

It was an amazing stay the place was so clean and the area was so beautiful, the creek and all definitely worth a stay and a go back sometime.

We stayed here for an Easter getaway with some friends and our dog. Everything was really clean, the kitchen was really well stocked, it was really quiet, and the space was perfect for all of us. The screened in porch was amazing…I wanted it to come home with me! Overall, great stay. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Really enjoyed our stay it’s so quiet and relaxing having the lake a few steps away it’s really nice. The house has a very welcoming feeling it’s great. Anytime we’re back in the area we will definitely plan to stay at Josie’s.

It is exactly as advertised. The wifi and tv was great and it is definitely a place to detach and unwind.

Ty's place was a perfect homebase for our group! We had plenty of space for everyone, everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Ty was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. There were plenty of restaurants, stores, and coffee shops that were all only a few minutes away and yet we felt like we were in a private, peaceful area. We enjoyed the covered back patio for sitting with our coffee each day and LOVED having 3 bathrooms! We will definitely look for Ty's place if we are ever in the area again.

Louisville is a great place and Sarah’s house was in a perfect location. Walkable to shopping, restaurants and coffee 😀. Neighborhood was lovely. Home was updated and adorable.

Highly recommend this place if you are staying in the Louisville area and have a animal as well. Great location and value for the price you pay!
