Just stayed a night but would have stayed more. Good spot near downtown. Perfect for a Louisville excursion.

I absolutely adored my stay this weekend! Such a cute Air Bnb very centrally located by all the amazing shops and restaurants in the Nulu area. We definitely will reserve this Air Bnb next time we are in town!

Location Location Location!Loved our stay at Steven's Airbnb. Adequate parking. Airbnb was clean, sheets were clean, couch was comfortable, provided coffee and working coffee maker. Additional deadbolts felt secure and safe. I liked that the two rooms had their own space with the living room in between and even though there's one bathroom, it's private and was not an issue sharing with another couple.

Such a cozy spot we are sitting happy we found this place during our stay!! Everything was so clean and organized. The location was adorable and made us really appreciate how beautiful Louisville is. I can’t recommend this spot enough!!! 🖤

Very cute and clean host was very nice!

The house was perfect for our needs! We were partaking of the bourbon trail and were also able to work a thoroughbred tour at Winstar farms in as well - would highly recommend. The decor and floor plan is very comfortable and inviting. The porch out back was very nice for a nosh and a glass of wine. We walked easily to town central for dinner. We had a delicious cocktail at Liam Ash. The server there was a wealth of information about bourbon culture. There are many great restaurants in town too. Paula is an excellent host and we hope to return soon - thank you!

This house was clean, great location and very spacious! Ashli was very responsive and helpful. She even left a nice welcome basket with snacks and wine - made us feel right at home. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a centrally located home in Louisville!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was incredibly comfortable, especially the beds, which were some of the coziest we’ve ever slept in. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the location was super convenient for everything we needed. One of our favorite features was the basement game area, it was decorated with a fun basketball theme and made for a great place to relax and unwind. The host was also fantastic: very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this place!

The place is walkable to downtown and only 2 blocks from a famous local candy shop with 20 minute tours of their production facility. It is worth trying. Downtown is a beautiful walk with art, historical signage near the buildings, nice shops, coffee, ice cream, and an art walk. This is a beautiful little town with easy access to the Bourbon Trail. The house is clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with plenty of coffee and tea to get you going in the morning.

Stayed here for Derby weekend and was everything we needed and then some for a very reasonable price as compared to similar listings. Hoss was very friendly and communicated quickly whenever we needed something; he went above and beyond to make this a memorable and welcoming stay for us.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about this stay! James was proactive with communication and the checkin/checkout instructions were clear. The house was charming and a great size. I would 100% stay here again. There are a lot of places to walk and get food, drinks, shops close by. This was a great find and for someone that visits Louisville often, I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my son for a baseball tournament. Very clean place, easy to check in and out, great coffee place and restaurants nearby, and the pool/ping pong table was a lot of fun for us in our down time. Is recommend this place to anyone visiting E-town! Thanks, Tracey, for the wonderful stay!

Awesome stay, condo is super chill and has everything you need, we felt right at home! Probably the best guidebook I've ever seen in terms of instructions and recommendations, very helpful! Neighborhood is great, walking distance to a ton of restaurants/bars/breweries, and a quick Uber to downtown or Churchill Downs. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in town, thanks for everything Matt!

We only needed to book for one night and we booked our stay last minute. Deirdre responded immediately and we were able to check in early. The condo was great and just as the pictures show. My granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved the snacks that were in a basket as soon as you walked in. The living room and kitchen were great. The half bath downstairs was very convenient with kids. The bedrooms are very large and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were very clean. The whole place was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Thanks so much! 😊

Stayed there to visit some bourbon distilleries and also the KY Derby. Wanted a cute place for four adults. The place was clean and looked just like the pics. Check in was clear and easy. We had a small snafu with the washer but it was not a big deal and Jon was super responsive and offered us a solution immediately, which was kind, but we did not need. If we ever come back to the area, would def stay again.

I came out to Louisville to visit my sister who was having a baby. This place was super convenient for us since it was so close to the hospital. It was easy to get in and all the rooms were super clean. I definitely would come back to stay again!

This place was great! Very clean, modern, and in a good area. It was walkable distance to restaurants and bars or a short drive to some of the other areas we really like in Louisville. Had all the amenities we needed, and would be good for a longer stay as well. Had waters waiting for us in the fridge and provided coffee which is nice! We would definitely stay here again.

One of the best accommodations we've found. The condo was in a fantastic location. Walkable to more places than we had time to visit. Super clean and well maintained with everything to make you feel right at home. The host was great to communicate with and instructions were spot on. The gated parking is convenient and very secure. We would definitely stay here again so don't hesitate to book John's condo!
