We had a fantastic stay at Wattle Bird for a friend's getaway. The house was spacious and comfortable—perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 dogs. Rob and Di were exceptional hosts, warm and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Barwon Heads, with standout amenities like the BBQ, hot tubs, and a cozy fireplace. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wattle Bird and would love to return!

Our stay was incredible! The house felt so cosy and had everything we needed a gym, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and the sauna, which was definitely my favourite. Even the ambient lighting added to how relaxing it all felt. We loved it! Highly recommend!!!!

Great place to stay, we’ll definitely be back. Easy walk to the beach and to the shops in Ocean Grove. The views from the lounge and the master bedroom are incredible. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a few days exploring the Bellarine.

Nice and close to wedding venue we had to attend at Mt Duneed. House had everything you needed. Was clean and the beds super comfy. Very quiet location.

Cathy has a lovely, cosy place and the house is in a great location, with three very lovely bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was perfect — close to local attractions/restaurants/shops but still nice and quiet for relaxing. I especially appreciated the cozy backyard, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and the entertainment provided in the house Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting, and I’d love to stay here again!

Jodie's place was awesome. Clean, fresh, newly renovated, and with an amazing array of extra amenities and thoughtful touches. Beautiful Easter decorations, basic supplies (oil, herbs, etc) in the pantry, water in the fridge. Heaps of space for 6 adults and 2 babies, both inside and out. Heaters over the outdoor table; safe backyard. And then the games room!! So many balls, games, bats, toys. All this within an easy walk to the beach. And Jodie regularly checked that we had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend this more highly.

Me and my partner have stayed at Melanie’s before it was our second time there we love the place it’s amazing. and we grateful for her leaving us a bottle of vodka and treats as a thank you

We were down for the weekend to watch the footy. Lots of places booked out, it was a busy weekend in Geelong - boat show/racing, regatta, footy, air show next weekend, lucky to find Nicks place available. Walking distance to GMHBA stadium and eateries and waterfront. Nice place, old unit that’s been done up. Garage is small/low, our hatchback fitted but an SUV wouldn’t. A comfortable stay in a good location. Nick was a friendly and helpful host.

Capel Luxe was perfect for our family of five. We were impressed with how spotlessly clean the place was which contributed to a relaxed stay. The host was very responsive to messages. Thanks!

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Peter and Deb's lovely unit. It was modern, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean and comfortable. The neat kitchen had everything I needed. Peter was very responsive and quick to answer any questions I had. We really appreciated the access to Wifi, TV, Netflix, and more. The location was a reasonable distance from the beach. Just a heads-up that it's on a hill with a very steep driveway, but parking down near the road was easy. The big garden view was a real bonus! I can definitely recommend Peter and Deb's place to others. Thanks for a great stay"

Liana's place makes you happy and peaceful. The place is decorated with so much taste and the many thriving plants give the place an amazing vibe. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean's Grove: the beach, the river and the many other attractions of the Bellarine. Thank you Liana!

Our kids loved seeing your super friendly dogs and even chose their "favourite dog". Thank you for the little extras you provided such as snacks, toys, books, beach towels. Great stay, short drive to the beach. Spa and sauna were easy to use with clear instructions from Paul on how to use both. Complete privacy separate the main house to the back where the bungalow is Would definitely come back again :)

A cosy and homely beach cottage with little designer touches that make it a lovely retreat. The outside deck was a highlight along with the natural bush environment and outdoor fire pit. A quiet location. Would highly recommend.

Red and his family were so welcoming and friendly . Just a lovely place to stay close to the Bells Beach WSL surf competition which we were there for. If you are here for the surf - this is your place to stay . Red was easy going and a cool guy . Loved that we could walk to the surf competition- though the 25 min hike is only for the once who can jump fences and walk in bush - just up my alley . Still if you don’t want to walk the drive is a few minutes to the beach. Thank you Red - hopefully we will be back next year. Keep singing and playing your guitar - you are darn great at it . We had such a fantastic stay at Trish & Ian's place! The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The little touches and attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect too—quiet, convenient, and close to everything. Communication was easy and responsive throughout. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Point Lonsdale!

Absolutely beautiful place, The hosts were really friendly and very helpful. Even gave us fererro roches and fresh fruit. Offered us late checkout too ! Really kind hosts. Would stay here again for sure and 100% would recommend this beautiful spot.
