Bay Tree is a spacious house in a quiet semi-rural location close to Winchester. Please do not book for a party or loud gathering. There are four bedrooms (six beds) two with ensuites, a downstairs shower wet room, well equipped kitchen, separate utility room and a large lounge/diner. The house has an enclosed private garden with decking & bbq. There is a trampoline for children to play on in the next garden. Towels and linen provided for guest use. The Annex enjoys rural outlooks over Highclere Estate to the front and Great Pen Wood to the rear. It is a first floor separate annex providing privacy during your stay. The newly decorated cosy two bedroom cottage has a kitchen, sitting area, a separate modern bright bathroom. Private outside space is also available.

Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. The Cottage is a new house in a seventeenth century beamed one with incredible views from the garden. The countryside is spectacular with more horse, bikes and paragliders passing by than cars...Dog safe Garden! The annexe is ideal for kids / grandparents

The Summer House

The Summer House is a recently converted guest house, self contained with fully equipped kitchen , beautifully fitted bathroom ,double bed on the galleried mezzanine level ,accessed by ladder stairs with vaulted ceiling creating a loft style. It is fully heated ,has wi-fi , streamed TV, and ceiling speakers for streaming music. The space is modern,bright ,yet cosy. Outdoors it sits at the top of 14 acres of grounds over looking the main house. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
