On the ground floor there is a spacious, open plan living room, dining area and kitchen plus an additional bathroom. On the first and second floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The entire house is air-conditioned. Villa has BBQ and outdoor dining area. The villa is located close to the city centre.

The sea, the beaches, the attractions are only 5 km from the house. On the groundfloor are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. One bedroom is with TV (SAT) and aircondition. On the first floor is the living room with the TV (with SAT programs), the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Also on groundfloor is laundry room.
