Awesome apartment in the Loyola Chicago neighborhood. Easy access to the loop with the red line. Host is super responsive. The place was spotless and well stocked when we arrived.

El apartmento es cómodo, muy limpió y amplio para 4 personas. La zona nos pareció agradable y tranquila. Además está bien conectada, la estación de metro está cerquísima. Lo único que no nos gustó es no poder regular nosotros el termostato de la calefacción.

We stayed at Karolinas apartment for 7 months and she was a wonderful host. She quickly addressed any problems. For example, we locked our keys in the apartment. I texted her and a new set of keys were promptly delivered. The apartment itself is super comfortable. Great furniture and appliances and we enjoyed the outdoor balcony. I would highly recommend renting from Karolina and this apartment specifically. We have no complaints and our stay was wonderful. Thank you Karolina!

This place has the best location. It was easy for me to take the Brown line and get around town. Cute coffee shop bakery on the corner. Mark and Carmen where friendly when we meet in the garden. Nice stay!

Places is great. Easy access to train that can take you downtown, Lord of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy around on a very peaceful neighborhood. Stanley was great host all around and house was awesome. Highly recommended

I almost don't want to post this review because we want the Beach House to be available the next time we travel to Chicago, but I have to give credit where credit is due. This is a wonderful place to stay! The location is right on the water and the view of the lake and sunrise each morning was heavenly. The space was comfortable and exactly as described. Having a designated parking spot made things so easy, especially since we were traveling with my elderly parents. There was never a worry about where we would park when we left the apartment. It was easy to walk to the lake front parks and trails and the grocery store is convenient if you need to run out for some supplies. We all slept great and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend in Chicago! We hope to stay here again.

Sean's unit was wonderful! The kitchen had all the appliances we needed! As a daily cook, that made every day easier! There is a TV in both rooms plus a TV in the living room; all of which are HD. I especially loved the Bluetooth amenities! Being able to listen to my favorite podcasts while in the shower was a truly special experience! We loved all of the LED mood lighting in each room. It gave a very cozy feel at the end of the day. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Chicago in the future.

This is a great house to stay for a family or two couples. Out of several ABNBs, this one gets the award for most clean. There is a fairly new Italian restaurant, Il Girasole Trattoria, that is walk-able and delicious. You will not be disappointed with your stay.

Tudo perfeito, Thatheu é um excelente anfitrião, sempre responde rapidamente, a acomodação é perfeita, com uma estrutura excelente e a localização é muito boa, pois tem ônibus e uma estação de metrô bem pertinho que leva ao aeroporto e também para os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Thatheu deixou água, leite e outras coisinhas, super gentil. O bairro é muito tranquilo, com boa estrutura de restaurante, mercado, lavanderia, dollar tree…

The home is a great place for a family, we were able to stay a week comfortably with younger kids .

We stayed for a week. The house was spacious and clean, and the neighborhood felt very safe. It was close to the mall and any store you'd ever need. Richard was very responsive and helpful! Washer & dryer were great to have for a longer stay. Wifi and smart tv were great. Also was glad there was even a lead in the backyard for our dog!

Tom and his dog Bear... were great!! Beautiful home and great area. A lot of places that we wanted to go to were close by will definitely come again. Thank for having such a welcoming home.

This rental perfectly served our needs for a one month stay visiting family in Downers Grove. Everything was as described. Here are a few things future renters will appreciate knowing: • This location will work best if you have a car. • To be able to watch TV, we needed to use an on-line service for which we have our own paid subscription. If there was a way to access local Chicago stations without a paid service, we could not figure it out. • You will likely need to read the directions in the owner’s guide to figure out how to set the thermostat to your preferred temperature. • The unit would work best for four or fewer people, as the dining table is in the kitchen and only has room to easily seat four people. However, the living room is large and could potentially be used as an overflow seating area if there were more diners. • If you plan to spend time in downtown Chicago, it is probably best to take the train from the Belmont Metra station. Day parking is $3.

The only thing is the parking situation but overall I give the place and the Host 10 star

The condo is exceptional, very well furnished and very spacious. It is conveniently located in Geneva with easy access to restaurants, shopping, etc.. There were only four of us staying there, but I think it could sleep ten. Unfortunately the weather was chilly and we could not enjoy the expansive screened-in porch which would be fantastic in warmer weather. The price was a little expensive but was reasonable for the space and accommodations, and would be a great deal for six or eight. If we can get to Geneva again we would definitely book this condo again.

Great place! Very well kept and clean. Tom is very responsive from the time you book. Just be mindful that as stated there is NO where to park if you drive. All in all such a great neighborhood.

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood and walkable distance from a few shops and food places. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

We really enjoyed our three nights in Matt's roomy upstairs apartment. Great to have a space in his garage; the car stayed parked there while we took the blue line downtown each day. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the Logan Square station. If you're flying into or out of O'Hare, it would be convenient, since the airport is the last stop on the blue line.

It was exactly as it was pictured except the front door is adjacent to a beauty salon and a bit hidden at first. The place was immaculate - very clean and the kitchen in particular was excellently appointed. It is on the third floor in an older building so there are stairs. The building was quiet. With gated and lit parking provided nearby our vehicle was safe.

We had a great time in your space. We had everything we needed!

Had a great time with friends and we were all able to comfortably hang out in communal spaces, get around the city. The bathroom to room ratio was ideal for a group of girls to get ready and the neighborhood made us feel safe walking around at all times of the day. Would recommend
