Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

Featuring an open-plan kitchen-living-dining area, with a free-standing log burner and private garden. Sleeps 4, king-size bedroom & twin bedroom. Featuring a family bathroom with shower & bath. Two well-behaved dogs (not puppies) are welcomed at a cost of £30 per dog per stay. Avon Farm is a suitable for family's or quiet groups only. Please note there is no longer a hot tub at this property
