With close proximity to Bath Spa station, shops, restaurants, cafes and local attractions this is the perfect place to stay and make your base. The accommodation is a Grade II Listed Georgian maisonette situated on a very quiet street but less than 3 minutes walk from Bath Spa station and Bath city centre shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and offers spacious accommodation arranged over 2 floors covering a very spacious 90m2. The property offers two generous bedrooms both with King size beds fitted with a Vi-Spring mattress. There is a large period lounge with interconnecting kitchen and dining area with gorgeous views over the garden and Bath. There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower over power shower, and under floor heating. In addition there is a separate cloakroom with WC. You will find the apartment well laid out and warm with fully fitted kitchens, large HDTV, modern appliances, powerful showers and much more. We provide luxury cotton bedlinen and fluffy white towels during your stay.
