El lugar estaba como en las fotos y Lourdes siempre muy atenta para responder cualquier inquietud, recomendaría este lugar 100%.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert Das Haus hat uns wirklich positiv überrascht – es war genauso charmant und stilvoll, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Besonders angenehm war die Großzügigkeit der Räume: Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zuhause. Ein echtes Highlight war für uns die geräumige Küche, die viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen bietet. Auch die Menschen vor Ort waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war ein beruhigendes Gefühl zu wissen, dass wir bei Fragen oder Anliegen jederzeit Unterstützung bekommen hätten. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: Vom Flughafen erreicht man das Haus in etwa 15 Minuten – nach einem Flug ein echter Pluspunkt. In etwa acht Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man kleine Läden für den täglichen Bedarf, einige davon bieten sogar Lieferservice an. Der Supermarkt Unido ist nur acht Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt – ideal für größere Einkäufe. Die Strände der Umgebung sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar,

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. A limpeza deixou a desejar em alguns pontos, principalmente nos banheiros. Tomamos banho frio 1 dia por defeito no aquecedor, mas Roque foi rápido na resposta e resolveu o problemas na manhã seguinte. O único inconveniente é que fica dentro de um condomínio e para sair para passeios tem que ir até a recepção do condomínio (1.2km) então com as crianças era uma boa caminhada. E para deslocamentos rápidos na cidade alguns Uber não conseguiram entrar no condômino por conta da segurança. Mas fora a questão dessa distância da portaria, não tivemos nenhum problema que não fosse resolvido, então ainda assim indicamos a acomodação.

Me encantó mi estadía en esta hermosa villa. Vine a compartir en familia y todos lo pasamos muy bien .Pudimos relajarnos y divertirnos mucho. Nos encantó que la villa está localizada a 4 minutos de Downtown Punta Cana porque pudimos disfrutar de muchas actividades. Volveremos muy pronto ! La recomendaré a mis amistades

Wow, wow & wow! This place exceeded mine & my guest’s expectations! The pictures of this place do not do this air bnb justice. I love that I felt right at home. The layout of the home was beautiful. It felt like luxury. The pool area was so much fun! The hammock was fun to lay on & the pool water was just the right temperature at all times of the day/night. Yerica & her co-host Ana made sure to have someone come & clean the pool whenever we needed it. (Not that we needed it often) The home had everything we needed. I loved that there were plenty of towels. (We didn’t bring any so this was a plus for us) My favorite part was the master bedroom/bathroom with a balcony! There were 2 minor issues but Ana was very responsive & made sure to take care of us expeditiously! The location was perfect & quiet for us. Our driver had to get through security which was easy at all times but it made us feel safe. I’d highly recommend this air bnb to anybody! Thank you for hosting us Yerica & Ana!

El alojamiento es bastante cómodo y bien ubicado, tiene todo lo que necesitas para tener una estancia tranquila y acogedora. Deurys siempre está pendiente a cualquier necesidad que surja.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable. The private pool in the afternoons after a day of activities was like going into a spa. The area is very private and peaceful. Close to the marina and Api beach (best in Cap Cana). The Fishing Lodge has a lot of very good restaurants and renting the ATV or golf cart gets you closer to every spot. Obed and Mary where always attentive to our needs. We will stay again when we come back to Cap Cana.

I want to thank the host (Ruth) for being so attentive to all my calls and text from beginning to end amazing. The house was very well sorted out to accommodate our large party with ease. Also the chef recommendation was phenomenal, my family and I had an amazing stay at this villa.

I absolutely love this place! It is truly one of the best Airbnb’s i’ve stayed in. The house is outstanding. And the neighborhood is fantastic. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. We were a party of six, with two eight year-olds. They really enjoyed the pool and the house. It is extremely comfortable, warm, and inviting. The house is spacious, airy, and bright. It is beautifully decorated and well kept. It is also super clean, which is extremely important to me. It has all of the utensils that you will need to cook and clean. The house is located in a gated neighborhood, with beautiful homes. It’s an excellent place for families and even just friends. There’s a beautiful church there and within walking distance to the shopping area that has great restaurants. You will see people walking in the evenings to this shops. You will also see a lot of people just walking in general. We love this place and will definitely come back! Thank you Carlos ❤️

I absolutely loved this Airbnb. The pictures actually don’t do it justice. Amazing chef , amazing maid / cook. He made our stay so comfortable and was so nice to us. The place is EXTREMELY safe and secure. I will be bringing my friends & family here again !

This house was amazing! While the pictures are great, it is even better in person. The house is large and airy, with the house being open to the elements with the exception of the bedrooms (they are air conditioned!). The outdoor space was just perfect. So many different types of flowers and trees make the backyard like an oasis - with a perfect pool to view them from. Our two kids lived in the pool! We took advantage of having all our meals cooked in house and I would absolutely recommend it. All meals were delicious with lots of variety - breakfast was always our favorite with fresh pineapple juice each day! One thing to note about the area is the seaweed on the beaches. I know this is something that happens everywhere on the island, so just be aware that it will be an issue using the beach. We didn’t mind since there is so much else to do - a visit to Scape Park, the cenotes at the ecological park right in the resort and a private snorkel trip and visit to the natural pools. Such an amazing and relaxing week!

Such an incredible week at this home! Ana is the best and so kind and friendly. It is very helpful to have someone who speaks decent Spanish to communicate better! It is beautiful home and great location close the beach club and feels very safe! Great place to bring families friends and more! Look forward to coming again!

My flight was cancelled last minute and I had to find a place quick. This place was perfect for my family of 10 to stay for a couple night! We ended our vacation amazing staying here. Very clean! Margie responded very quick on a same day booking and had us in with the hour. The house is everything you see in the photos and more! Great place to relax or party with family and friends. Pool and grill was iconic on the cake! This place made our cancelled flight a good thing! I would recommend this place 10/10! You should stay here!

We enjoyed an incredible stay 6 day, 5 night stay at Carmen’s home. Long before we arrived, Carmen kindly helped us sort out in-house massages, provided recommendations for a local driver, as well as plans to celebrate NYE. The home was absolutely lovely, with plenty of space to stretch out, relax in the pool or simply enjoy the sun. Noel, the housekeeper, was incredibly sweet. We were grateful to have her reset our rooms daily, help with laundry, and make sure we were cozy. Her morning coffee was an extra special treat too! I can’t think of a single thing that I would change about our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful home to relax in with some friends, I highly recommend.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este Airbnb. Viajamos con niños pequeños y la casa fue perfecta para nosotros: muy cómoda, segura y equipada con todo lo que necesitábamos. La piscina fue definitivamente el gran plus, ideal para relajarnos y disfrutar en familia. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien cuidado, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento.
