Enjoy an evening with friends/family by the fire pit, or a daytime adventure down to the lake by way of walking trail and take the kayaks out on the water. Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
