Cosy and cute, private one bedroom tiny cottage in Baywood Park for two guests. Just minutes to Morro Bay, ocean bluffs, bay and hiking trails in Montana de Oro State Park. The tiny house cottage resides in a sunny semi-rural residential neighborhood, just minutes to the bay and Elfin Forest. Comfy queen size bed in the separate one bedroom, large shower, full kitchen and dining area, private deck to watch the sunrise or sunset. Perfect for a short stay or to finally finish that novel :)

OSOSUITE is a secluded space, airy, clean, spacious, and refreshing. Large windows that let in fresh warm sunlight, but we also have blackout curtains for privacy. Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

Charming backyard cottage, quiet and private

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

We're in an excellent quiet location, just one block from the Bay, Audubon Lookout, Farmers Market, and unique restaurants. Only a five-minute drive to the MUST-SEE Montana de Oro State Park.
