Our "Little Piece of Heaven" on the North Fork of L. I. Located on a large Creek with fantastic sunsets! Enjoy the peaceful nature watching Egrets, blue & green Herons, Cormorants and Osprey diving into the water & retrieving a fish almost every time? It's mesmerizing! Centrally located between Riverhead (Water Park) and Orient Point, where a ferry can take you to Conn. (if you like Casinos). Farm stands galore, beautiful clean private beach (walking distance) & incredible restaurants nearby!

Charming 2BR Cottage, Walk to Town

Beech Tree Cottage is a charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath, two-story cottage conveniently located in the peaceful historic district of Sag Harbor, NY. It is a 5-minute walk along the waterfront to Main Street and the center of the village. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently only accepting week- or month-long stays for July and August. We will open up forshort stays in summer subject to availability after May 15. (Short stays are ok in other months.) Please review our house rules before making an inquiry.

Detached bungalow w/ private bath

Cozy, simple living, in separate guest house w/ use of amenities (shared with our family of 4) including sauna & hot tub. The bungalow/guesthouse features a Queen bed, its own private bathroom (shower), small kitchenette (countertop oven, Keurig coffee maker & small fridge) and loveseat for relaxing. There is a dedicated separate outdoor seating area for 2 guests. 2 Adult guests ONLY, no children due to size of guesthouse and proximity to the pool. Please NO pets allowed since owners have pets

Please note there is no kitchen, however a small fridge, Keurig coffeemaker and microwave, plates/utensils are provided. Conveniently located to beaches, shopping and local restaurants in East Hampton.

Situated beside the main house, on 2.5 acres surrounded by forest, with easy access to trails. Close to ocean and bay beaches, midway between East Hampton and Sag Harbor. Perfect for a couple with an appreciation for nature!

Closest downtown Hamptons are Hampton Bays (5 min), Westhampton (our favorite ...10 min) and Southampton (15 min).
