Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

Spacious and comfortable bedroom, king size bed, extra seating, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Good wifi and smart TV. spacious ensuite shower room. Underfloor heating throughout. Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

The Annex is a delightful, warm, quiet and comfortable dwelling built within the garden of our village home and adjacent to our garage. Towersey is one mile from the market town of Thame, and has an excellent village pub plus access to the Phoenix Trail cycle & footpath. The Annex has its own entrance with parking space, a double bedroom with king sized bed & tv, and sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, plus tv. There is a power shower over the bath.

A homely and extremely comfortable private annex within walking distance of the centre of Aylesbury. Comprising of a small double bed, suitable for 1 or 2 people, a lounge ,TV, private bathroom with shower and own private entrance. A well equipped kitchenette makes for a great short or long term stay. Whether you would like to walk in the stunning Chiltern Hills or pop up to London there is access to A41,M25 and Aylesbury train station close by with good links to London Marylebone.

Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. I can help with any reservations, advise on day trips for shopping and sight-seeing in and around London. I have a small garden to relax in on nice days and each morning will provide you with a delicious breakfast at a time to suit you.
