Charming 1-bedroom apartment Lidija

A modern style and freshly renovated apartment in New Belgrade. On walking distance from Sava Centar, Stark Arena and Belexpocentar and has easy highway and downtown access, yet in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment features a self-check-in, 1st floor, separate room with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, fast and free WiFi, and a UHD Smart TV. We renovated every aspect of Apartment Lidija to provide everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Green Apartment

This 80 square meters apartment has two bedrooms divided by large kitchen/dining/living area. The apartment is located in walking distance from major Belgrade touristic sites – National Assembly, Museum, and Theater, Knez Mihajlova street, Kalemegdan Fortress, Skadarlija (the bohemian quarter). The guests can find various food and drink options at nearby restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Some of the top-rated dining places are in this area. There is a 24/7 grocery store down on the corner.

Belgrade story

The apartment is full renovated a few months ago and everything is brand new. In the bedroom there is a large comfortable double bed and one big sofa bed in the living room. All in discreet led light. In the kitchen you can enjoy a modern flat-screen cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine and a large bar table. The bathroom is glazed with marble ceramics, it is very compact and clean. The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, towels, hygiene sets.

City loft

My guests will be checked in online at the police station. Apartment is within a walking distance to the city centre (2 km to Saint Marks Church) and is well connected with trams. Nearby is a market, bakeries, rastaurants. The main street called Bulevar kralja Aleksandra is very famous street with lots of shops, cafes and historical buildings. My apartment is in an old building, on the 3. floor (by serbian standards high ground floor is uncountable), no elevator.
