V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. L'appartamento si trova a 1200 metri dalla spiaggia ed a 500m dal villaggio Beli. Subito sotto la casa si trova il Pansion Tramontana (ristorante). Abbiamo il parcheggio apposito per i nostri ospiti. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.
