Absolutely outstanding! With great reviews and high ratings, the Rainbow Villa lives up to it’s excellent reputation. Communication with Gin and the staff was excellent. The place was clean and more than sufficient for the seven members of my family. If we had any issues Sergy responded quickly to take care of them. We also we’re connected with Karen the concierge who assisted us with any tours or transportation that we needed. The location is excellent, with great restaurants, night clubs and beaches nearby. Not far from town or the local markets. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

I worked directly with Marilyn, the property manager. She met us at the airport and stayed with us the whole way to the property. There were a few hiccups with the stove and the hot water but Marilyn sent someone out quickly. Actually there was one person in particular that was practically indispensable to our stay and that was Adrian. That man deserves a raise! Every issue we had he handled personally, to the point that he stayed nearly 2 hours to get our grill going. I mean he was phenomenal. When it came time to clock out Marilyn handled our transportation herself and everything as smoothly as possible. Would definitely stay here again, absolutely NO complaints!

The property was better than the photos. Truly a beautiful place to stay. Felt private and welcoming. VERY comfortable and the property manager, Manuel, was really helpful. This is a great location, close to secret beach.

Estadía muy agradable frente al mar La casa es amplia, cómoda y está muy bien ubicada, justo frente al mar. Tiene una cocina completamente equipada, ideal para quienes disfrutan cocinar durante su estadía. Las dos habitaciones son confortables y los dos sofás cama también resultaron funcionales para nuestro grupo. La vista desde la casa es preciosa y el acceso al mar, aunque no hay playa como tal, se hace por una escalera que lleva directamente al agua. El mar es poco profundo y tranquilo, lo cual fue perfecto para nuestros hijos pequeños. Es un lugar ideal para descansar, disfrutar en familia y tener una experiencia relajante junto al mar. Sin duda, la recomendamos.

This place was a great opportunity to experience Belize from a local perspective. We came during Easter, which was a very lively party. During and especially after the festivities, Claudia‘s place felt like a home and refuge away from home. It was a beautiful space and super convenient. We were very impressed from our arrival to our departure. We will definitely be keeping this place at the top of our list for our next Belizean excursion!

We enjoyed our stay. The view off the balcony was amazing. The concierge team was very helpful as well. I recommend staying here if you are visiting Placencia.

Un paraíso en medio de la naturaleza! La casa es muy cómoda, limpia y la decoración es excelente, con la piscina privada provee un ambiente de relajación y totalmente confortable.

We stayed for a week and loved the property. The single beds were replaced with a very comfortable full size bed with high quality linens. Well stocked kitchen, bottled water was also provided. Spacious workspace/dining room, comfortable seating and TV area and very stable/fast internet. The suite was very clean, spacious , with large screened windows, awesome views of the property and sea. I wasn't sure what to expect for the bathroom because the ad only mentioned an outside shower but there is an indoor 3 pc bathroom located just steps outside of the suite, that was a pleasant surprise for me. It was very clean. We enjoyed the deck spaces, wood/charcoal BBQ and covered parking was a bonus. Roberto was a fantastic host. I recommend his smoked chicken and fish, if you can get it. We hired him for a day of fishing, he was an awesome guide. He can also arrange a kayak rental, another bonus. I give Roberto and the property a 5 star rating. Great dogs as well. I hope to return.

Fantastic beach house perfect for your large family getaway. The pool is sparkling clean and refreshing. You will have your own private resort feel staying at the Moonrise Beach House. So much to do right from the property! We enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards, rinsing the beach off in the outdoor shower, then plunging in the pool. The kitchens are fully stocked to really feel at home preparing any meal. Anna and Geoff had fantastic recommendations for local spots. We recommend having a car rental to grocery shop and get around to all the adventures nearby. Book this house, you'll love your trip!

Our family of 11 booked Jerry's place over the Easter weekend, and we're glad we did. From the time we got there, Sedra, the property manager, was very welcoming and she was helpful throughout the stay. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped (our family loves cooking) and the bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable. The pool and beach access were our main reason for booking, and they did not disappoint. All in all, our stay was a pleasant and memorable one, and we will definitely be booking again.

Echo sentiments of others. Wonderful stay, so peaceful. Trail on property is beautiful, friendly doggies next door, sunrise views, loved the pool. Esther’s meals were a lovely treat at the end of busy days. Went through three loaves of her yummy banana bread! Thanks so much!

this place was amazing, it was huge!!! it also has the best!!! private pool with amazing blue water view, it's on the quiet part of the island but close enough if you wanna head to the party bars(15min golf cart ride) the is the best bar 2 mins north MOON BAR that literally had the best pizza outside of Italy(dead serious) and a couple of amazing bar tenders(shout out Rody) check in/out was easy, the care taker stays on location in a separate house incase you need anything and stayed up late for our arrival(major flight delays) to let us in and tell us everything we needed to know 😀 I would not stay anywhere else no matter the budget(college student or millionaire) Golf cart rental is a must

We booked Azul Visa Villa for our extended family (9 adults, 3 kids) and it worked perfectly. The separate spaces with the central pool was great for each of the families both doing some of their own thing and playing or lounging together. The compound is well-located in San Pedro-- easy to get into town or for boats to pick you up on a local dock. And the host and manager were incredibly responsive. Would recommend.

Riverwalk is worthy of the hype and delivered a memorable experience for our family! We stayed here for 3 days in April and loved it. The property is immaculate and picturesque. The grounds are sprawling and well-maintained. The house was modern and huge: we were able group of 6 (including a baby) and the place can probably comfortably host 10 people. There was a Pack N Play and high chair for our baby, which came in handy. The pool provided a welcome respite from a long day of excursions. The sunsets are panoramic. Elias and the team were the true stars of this experience: the food they cooked deserved Michelin stars! Tortillas from scratch, whole fish, Belizean stewed chicken...and a plethora of innovative vegetarian dishes for my herbivore family members. We felt like we were staying at a private 5-star resort. We arranged for transport and an excursion with Carlos from Blue Morpho Tours. Carlos is very knowledgeable and personable - his tours were also reasonably priced. Thank you

Very friendly and accommodating host. Even purchased board and card games for the family!! Wonderful to be away from the hussel and bussel of the town. With golf cart everything was well with in reach. Kitchen reasonably stocked with necessary items for simple cooking. Even had massages for everyone! Plenty of room including bathrooms for the number of persons.

I honestly cant say enough great things about this place! It was absolutely stunning but what made it more special was William and Marvin. These two went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. They work for the property and are just the nicest sweetest guys. William took is around town and showed us some of the local places. His artwork he does is stunning and would recommend taking a look at some. Marvin and william were there for anything we might need. Also while youre there you will get to meet williams cute fur babies! Im the biggest animal lover and became so attached to them. All i can say is if you want to have a stress free, fun trip then you absolutely need to stay here hands down!

We enjoyed our stay at Marsh Madness. The property was beautiful and offered everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had the best of both worlds to include a swimming pool and the Caribbean Sea (kayaks provided). It was a fantastic base camp for all of our adventures in Stann Creek and the Toledo districts and it was easy to find and access. The residence comfortably housed five adults and the kitchen area was great for cooking and socializing. The balcony overlooking the sea was probably my favorite. The host was receptive and always there if we had any questions or needs. We had a great stay and hope to return soon!!!!

Can't say enough about the location of this property. The House is big, spacious, and has everything you need. Walking distance to three nice restaurants, a great pool, beach, and ocean. The water was incredibly rough when we were there, and bit more dirty than you want, but it didn't stop us from going in most days. Thank you to the property staff who cleaned the shore-line each day. We love this place and would go back in a minute. Thank you for a great vacation.

Beautiful house, exactly as described. Large rooms with high ceilings, well-appointed and very clean. The outside space was great too-we loved the pool. The kitchen had anything you could think of and the bathrooms were nice. The only downside- only A/C in the bedrooms not downstairs but lots of windows and doors to open downstairs and everything else was so wonderful, the lack of A/C downstairs wasn’t a big deal. We would absolutely stay again; in fact we’d plan a trip to Belize around this house-it was that good.

What a beautiful and unique building! I have never stayed in such an unusual, yet functional space. The pool was incredible, the view was amazing, and the architecture was unlike anything I have ever seen. This is definitely a place I could’ve stayed in for a week instead of just one night. Rodolfo is quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a group of 7 people and everyone loved the house. The property is exactly as described and was very comfortable. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Herbert was very responsive and friendly.

I stayed at casitas for almost two months and could not recommend it more. The location is very private and safe, and the grounds themselves are beautiful - it feels like you're right in the jungle! The casitas are super comfortable and well kept, and equipped with everything for cooking etc. The pool was also great and very well maintained. Visiting PG is a really unique way to experience Belize and I 100% recommend casitas as the place to stay!

Placencia is an absolute gem. Incredible community with great Caribbean Sea access, lots to do and great food and bar options. The property itself is far enough away from the hustle bustle but close enough that it’s accessible by golf in a few minutes. Note: you will need to rent a golf cart, but Captain Jak’s was great to rent a 6 person cart. There are a couple of nice restaurants easily walkable - Mariposa and La Dolce Vita. Both very nice! Hearing the waves as well fall asleep at night was fantastic. And the beds were firm and some of the better quality i have stayed in at an Air BnB. Kitchen had what we needed but we mainly ate out. The outdoor balcony area was amazing and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Very quiet and peaceful complex grounds. Would recommend!

Place was great. Gabby was super helpful and responsive with everything. She arranged multiple excursions for us that were above expectations! Thanks for everything!!!
