Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. The Grey Shingles Camps property has been a cottage colony since the 1940's. After extensive renovations, our guests enjoy this historic property with a modern sensibility! The property has five acres of open lawn ,woodland, orchard, and private waterfront with sandy beach and docks on pristine Rust Pond. Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.

Clay Creek Cabin is a special place! You'll be close to everything NH has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located cabin just minutes off 93. Close by mountains for skiing (4 within 35 minutes), endless hiking trails, all the Central NH Lakes, Santa’s Village (1 hr) and Plymouth State (5 minutes). The cabin is brand new and sits above a private creek. A perfect spot for couples, families, group of friends, etc. Well behaved pets always welcome :-)
