In the evenings you can have a picnic in the pavilion on the property, and roast marshmallows over a campfire. The property is within walking distance to public MWCD hunting area, and a short drive to Egypt Valley hunting area. We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

Newly rebuilt cabin/house located in Edgewater Park, Piedmont lake is our neighbor, hunting is literally 25' away on Muskingum wildlife conservancy land. Lake is walking distance with public boat ramp a .5 mile away. Located in a culdesac which there is only one other cabin on this road, which is also owned by us. Great lake view and quiet.

Off-Grid Cabin at Dutton Ranch

Featured in Dwell Magazine in 2015, this entirely off-grid retreat was designed and built by architect Greg Dutton. Large glass windows exhibit breath-taking views of the wild countryside. A fireplace, pond and porch complete the setting for a perfect getaway.
