Top of the Hill House - view the silo art trail!

'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

This separate, brand-new studio apartment on my property offers private accommodation. It is designed for 2 guests. The bathroom is spacious and self-contained. The kitchen is equipped with tea/coffee-making facilities and essentials like a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and a mini fridge. Wifi and TV are available. Enjoy a cozy outdoor area. Cleanliness is a priority, and the minimalist approach ensures no clutter.

The Old Butcher's House Benalla - Cottage Charm

The blend of original features and modern styling includes 12-foot cedar ceilings, Murray pine floors, lead light windows, and original fireplaces. (The fireplaces are not functional and are for decor purposes only. (Split air conditioners and Hydronic heating keep you at your desired temperature).

This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .

The house is perfectly situated on a quiet street within walking distance from the main street, railway station and Lake Benalla, and only a few minutes from the Hume Hwy.
