This was an exceptional experience. Amanda proved to be an exemplary host, consistently prompt in her responses and going the extra mile to ensure we had all our needs met. The house was ideal for children, offering ample space and a delightful backyard. Additionally, Amanda supplied a pack n play and high chair, which significantly enhanced the convenience of our stay.

I had accidentally booked for one night instead of two, like I had intended. Keitha was extremely understanding, cleaning up our clothes and other items we had left out. She even stored them in a safe place for us to pick up when we were ready even though she had someone else booked for the night after our stay. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated how she helped me out.

We booked this home while in town for my son’s BCT/AIT graduation. The house was exactly as described…my son wanted to be able to just relax on family day and hang out at the house…we were able to grill out and just spend time as a family. He absolutely loved it. The pool and foose ball table were a huge hit. It absolutely felt like home away from home. If you are traveling w/ a family I would DEF recommend. Their goal is to make your stay accommodating and as comfortable as possible and in my opinion they go above and beyond to ensure that. The house itself as soon as you walk in the door shows the pride they take in making your stay pleasant. It’s close to several stores but still far enough away from town that it’s relaxing and peaceful to just sit outside on the deck and chat…as a female I absolutely loved the detail in the bathrooms such as the makeup clothes, little soaps and lotions, hair straightener all the things we need 😁…

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great for our large group and conveniently located near the Niangua River for floating. The home was very clean and well stocked. Hosts were very responsive for any questions we had.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was roomy enough for all 26 of us, with plenty of bedding and enough bathrooms to accomodate us. The bedding was so clean, and the beds were super comfortable! We enjoyed the firepit, the corn toss game, the pool table, and of course, the dock;) We would definitely love to come back again!

Exceeded my expectations! The host was exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to mark sure I had a nice stay. The place was remote and quiet, perfect to get work done or a weekend getaway. Definitely will book again!

This home is welcoming and cozy, while nestled in peaceful Missouri farm country. It was just the reset my kids and I needed from the busy school week and extracurriculars. My kiddos really enjoyed seeing the beautiful horses every day. We all enjoyed playing some of the board games in the family room, ping pong, and soft darts. They soon realized while I'm still the reigning family foosball champ 🏆 😆 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Sarah was an awesome host! The space was immaculate but very cozy. It was a perfect set-up for our stay as we were on a stop-over for a business meeting. It is a top floor condo so there are stairs, which was totally fine for us because it gave us the prettiest views of the lake! A place I would for sure stay at again if in the area.
