Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Mooie duinen en bossen met fiets- en wandelroutes bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Uw host helpt u graag met nadere informatie.

Das luxuriöse und moderne Studio verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, ein komfortables Boxspringbett (160x200m), Verdunklungsrollos, ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Einlaufdusche, eine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kaffee, Tee sowieso Smart-TV inkl. Een heerlijk rustig appartement, vlakbij het strand, station en centrum. Vanaf het terras zie je de zee! Twee minuten lopen en je bent op het strand. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Binnen is alles aanwezig; keuken, douche, wc, beddengoed, handdoeken, koffie, thee, shampoo. Tegenover het huis is een privé-garage voor uw auto. Het station is drie minuten lopen. Met de trein is het een korte rit naar Haarlem en Amsterdam. Kortom; ideaal voor een heerlijk korte of lange vakantie!

The surrounding area offers endless walks in the 'Waterleiding Duinen', a stunning and protected nature reserve. As well as the beautiful beaches and dunes. We provide 2 bikes (for free), so you can get around easily. The supermarket, farmacie & shops are within a 10 min. walk. Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt. We heten u van harte welkom in studio Dichtbij!

Sympathetic summer house located in quiet old street. Place to eat in the kitchen, in the backroom, or on the terrace, comfortable living room, separate dining room/study and sleeping upstairs for two. The third person in the study, which can easily be turned into second bedroom. Small but nice functional bathroom. Close to shops, beach and dunes.

Amsterdam Beach Apartment 52 is centraal gelegen in Zandvoort. Het appartement bevind zich in een rustige buurt, en binnen een paar minuten wandelt u naar het gezellige centrum.
