Our house is great for families & friendship groups. It sleeps 9+ people & has 4 bedrooms. There's 2 separate living areas - each with their own TV. Recently renovated, with a large fully fenced grassy yard - gazebo & BBQ. In a great location. Min's walk to Nth Broulee (Dog Beach), Coronation Drive shops (Broulee Brewery, Cafes , Surf Shop, Pharmacy), & out from our back gate to Train St shops (Mossy Cafe & supermarket), Captain Oldrey Playground, football, netball, basketball, cricket.

The lifestyle is relaxed and easy in this spacious home, across from the golden sands and abundant surf of Yabbarra Beach. After swimming, the hot outdoor shower is a joy. Enjoy a stroll or cycle along the coastal path to Narooma. 85kms of Narooma MTB trails are nearby. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
