29 On Shepherd is a small original 1940’s , cosy cottage within easy walking distance to the centre of Bowral. The owner lives in the back 2 storey extension connected by a solid door with total privacy for both and is often away. Noise is not an issue! The two guest bedrooms have one king and 2 king single very comfortable beds, reverse cycle air conditioning, overhead fans, and wardrobe space. A full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet + powder room. Kitchenette, eating area and lounge.

Kangaroo Cabin - Luxurious Simplicity in Berrima

A peaceful retreat that’s only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Berrima, 3 minute drive to Bendooley Estate and 6 min’s to Centennial Vineyards. It’s a space that’s been designed to help you relax, and get away from it all, although you’ll still find every modern convenience you could possibly need. It also feels surprisingly large for a tiny home, with light streaming in the windows from your own private garden and the bushland beyond. And, yes, there are Kangaroos out there, all the time.

Studio 12

Our home is on half an acre of beautiful gardens, with our house on one side and Studio 12 on the other. Studio 12 is studio style accommodation and is one large room that accommodates up to 3 people, and includes a queen and single bed. Tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, electric wok and grill. Linen and towels are supplied. Double french doors open out onto the large garden that separates this accommodation from the main residence.

It is perfect for couples wanting to retreat from the world or it is close to Bowral and surrounding attractions including golf clubs and vineyards. The cottage is a calm and relaxing space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage is located near popular Southern Highland wedding/function venues. Bendooley Estate is a 10 minute drive away. Peppergreen is a neighbour. The “Birdsnest”is perfectly located to explore Berrima and the Southern Highlands.
