Enjoy easy access to the city centre, hospital, supermarket, buses and beaches. This Entire quest suite features a private entrance with no shared spaces and off street parking. The space is downstairs from the main house where the 2 owners live. There is an ensuite and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster and dining table. There is tea and coffee facilities. There are two separate rooms both with queen beds. One room has the toilet and kitchenette in it.

Our unit is lovely and spacious, approx. 70m2, private with a brand new kitchenette! A 5 min drive to the CBD and 15 mins to Mount Maunganui. A 2 mins walk to Daisy Hardwick cycle and walkway, and in our view a very central spot with private off street parking. It has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed and fold out couch in the lounge. Great for up to 2 couples or a group/family of 4. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plate, electric grill, microwave, toaster, kettle and electric frypan.

A deliberately different, John Henderson designed, slightly quirky B & B in Bethlehem, Tauranga - situated next door too, and run by the owners of Somerset Cottage, a long established restaurant and cookschool. You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. You'll love this unique and romantic escape.

Your local activities are also minutes away as the house is only 10min drive from Central Tauranga, Bethlehem village, and the growing Tauranga Crossing area. While Laneway cottage is not ostentatious on the outside it is very cute and comfortable inside.

Hilltop Haven

A lovely sunny space offering stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The apartment is situated in a quiet hillside cul-de-sac, has expansive views of the Kaimai hills, Bethlehem, the harbour, and is only 6km to town. Enjoy self check-in, private access, and parking for one vehicle. Fernland Spa is a 5 minute walk away, and several delightful public reserve walking/cycling tracks are nearby. A fridge/freezer, microwave, electric jug and toaster are available

The cabin in the woods was completed early 2024. This is modern and cozy space to relax with a spacious bathroom and great living space with full amenities and air conditioning. This is a quirky unit, that has been separated out from the main house with its own entry and a double door in hall way separating it out, it has native timber floors in service areas, the bedroom is spacious with a Garden outlook, must take a stroll to enjoy river visa. It is clean, modern and close to Bethlehem shops restaurants cafes takeaways and bar. The property is set on the banks of the Wairoa river with its amazing views when Venturing through the gardens and lawns.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.

Fernland Spa only 3mins away, with Tauranga MTB & BMX Park just round the corner and a Laundromat 550 meters up the road.
