Appartamento in centro a Bibione, 100mt dal mare (OMBRELLONE INCLUSO!) e 600mt dalle terme, al 2° piano con ascensore, posto auto interrato privato. Due camere, 1 matrimoniale con cabina armadio e 1 con tre letti con ampio armadio. Un divano letto da una piazza e mezza e climatizzatore e ventilatore, Bagno con boiler elettrico e box doccia. Cucina dotata di frigorifero, gas e microonde. Soggiorno con TV e terrazzo con tavolo da esterno per godersi le serate estive. Completamente ristrutturato!

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
