Self contained converted recording studio

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

Magpie Haven is a north facing independent studio with king size bed, in a separate pod of our architect designed, contemporary home. We are on 1.5 acres overlooking the Wingecarribee River, the village of Berrima and beyond. It is 1 km into Berrima where you will find cafes, restaurants and specialty shops and close to Bendooley Estate and other wedding venues.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

This quaint little studio is situated on a hobby farm set on the slopes of Sutton Forest just an hour and a half from both Sydney and Canberra. Decorated in a rustic country style this little hideaway has everything you need for a Southern Highlands get away. The Shed @ Bowral is a very comfortable and cosy industrial style studio with lovely garden views and a ‘cool’ private semi enclosed verandah area. Quiet and peaceful location close to the town centre and across the road from the Cherry Tree walking/bike path. The accomodation is an easy 15 minute walk to Bowral town centre and the train station.
