MARETA II - Waterfront

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Situated on the first floor of the newly built house, modern and well furnished, this apartment is ideal holiday home for up to 3 people. It gets plenty of natural light, has own parking, TV and quality Wifi. This fully equipped studio comprises open - plan kitchen, dining and sleeping area, a bathroom and a terrace. There is a double bed and sofa that converts into a second single bed if needed. This perfect place is located right next to the main road E65 and only 200m from the beach .

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Our brand new apartment is situated on the coast of Boka Bay (Bay of Kotor) in a big house right by the sea. There is a nice sandy beach right in front of the house and a big green backyard with shade on the other side of the house. It is close to Airport Tivat (25min by car/bus) , to the historical Unecso heritage town of Kotor (30min by car/bus.15min by boat), to the old museum-town of Perast (15min by bus/car), to the beautiful town of Herceg-Novi (15min by car/bus). This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.
