I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood. Close to Idaho State University, hospital, and has easy access to interstate. This studio has a separate, private, entrance and is easy to come and go with tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. There is also a full kitchen, bath, and washer/dryer. We look forward to hosting you! Safe travels!

You'll be well rested for sure! There is a small fridge and a variety of coffee/tea/cocoa & treats, along with some paper products, also provided. Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.
