I've spent two weeks at Tonee's: I wanted a place that was central, but not too chaotic and noisy as it can happen in D1. The room was minimal, but had all the comforts I needed and a great wifi connection: most important thing for me as a digital nomad. In conclusion: Tonee's place was perfect for my needs and I am very satisfied. Tonee has been always very kind and she even invited me to have dinner with her family which I've greatly appreciated!

The place is quiet and well located, it will give you a stay in suburban feeling. Just 9 kilometer away from down town district 1 and easy to access everywhere.

Minh è stato fantastico. Quando siamo arrivati aveva avuto un problema con la stanza che avevamo prenotato e ci ha trasferiti (in taxi pagato da lui) in un altro alloggio. un appartamento molto piu grande con sala, camera da letto, bagno e cucina. Arrivati, dal momento che non riuscivamo ad utilizzare la wifi, ha chiamato un tecnico che in 10 minuti ha cambiato il router. Ci ha anche permesso di aggiungere una seconda notte allo stesso prezzo della prima stanza ed è stato prodigo di suggerimenti sulle attività nei dintorni. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi voglia visitare Saigon facendo base a Cholon.

We stayed at Truong's for a week and never once regretted our choice of accommodation. the house is located on a quiet street, opposite a beautiful Buddhist temple. While we lived in the house, we were never disturbed by anyone. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen next door had everything we needed to cook on our own. In general, we felt at home! A huge thank you to the hostess for staying in touch and helping us in every way possible. If we go to Ho Chi Minh City again, we will stay at Truong's again!

Our host waited for us and met with us outside the building unit even after a 2-hour flight delay! That was past 2am! But every step of the way, during and after, our host was communicative and helpful, always making it easy and comfortable to ask for any help or suggestions during our stay in HCMC. Definitely will come back in the future! Thank you for allowing my group to have a home away from home!

This place was fantastic. Very clean, good AC, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and the host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids
