Our house has some of the best views in the city since it backs up to open space., and is close to tons of shopping and eating options. We just added lots of personal touches. It has a vaulted main floor ceiling, commercial grade kitchen, and gorgeous upgraded baths. There are 5 Roku TVs, two of which have Xfinity and Netflix. Guest area is the lower part of our home, about 2100 square feet. Private entrance, two bedrooms, media room (larger TV, board games, study area), full bathroom, common area with pool table. Guest area is secure with a locked door for privacy and security; door connects lower level with host living level.
