175ft Waterfront on Black Lake with 3 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and float mat. Fish from the dock, listen to the waves while reading, and absorb the sun. At night, watch the stars as you roast marshmallows around a campfire and sip a beverage. Large remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 5 beds, sleeper sofa, deck, firepit, windows galore, pool table, washer/dryer, and up to 2 dogs are allowed ($50 fee). Saturday to Saturday rental from June 20-August 22. Bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor.

This 2nd retreat has a charming enclosed front porch for sitting, a quiet serene space to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine, to read a book or just to sit and relax. We are in walking distance to a great Ice cream shop , the local winery, a quaint coffee shop, Mango's for margarita's and end the evening with the local movie theater. Enjoy the small town dynamic.

Sugar Magnolia is the newest vacation rental on Black Lake in Onaway Michigan (June 2023). Having been renovated recently with great amenities, you are sure to feel welcomed in this serene location with all the thoughtful little touches and additions. We really tried to go with the “wow!” factor in this family friendly location with plenty of kids toys, stylish decorations, kitchen amenities, coffee and wine bars, etc. We cannot wait to host you!

Large kitchen and living space with private bedrooms and bathrooms. Large open deck for entertaining, relaxing and taking in the scenery. Nice large back and front yard with fire pits. The Comfort Water House is the perfect place to curl up with a book and listen to the waves, or splash in the lake on a hot day. The yard is well maintained, so help yourself to the outdoor games we have provided or take the kayaks out and watch the sunset. Guests are sure to feel at home with access to the fully stocked house. We take pride in our home and offer a clean and minimalistic space.
