Away from the hustle and bustle from central Denpasar. Great opportunity to experience the life of the locals. The host is very responsive and helpful. Grab and Gojek will find it easily and it's not too bad to go the hot spots of the island. The place has a kitchen if you prefer or need to cook. It was a good cost benefit ratio.

Wij waren wat eerder bij de accomodatie dan de inchecktijd, maar we konden gelukkig onze spullen kwijt en gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Het is een prachtige plek, als je aan het zwembad zit heb je uitzicht op de zee. Ook de menukaart is goed bij de air b&b zelf. We waren beide dol op de chicken curry! Het personeel is onwijs vriendelijk, en bij het uitchecken kregen we tips mee (wij waren op rondreis) Echt een aanrader! Wij zouden zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Great Villa to relax and unwind. Waterfront setting was exactly as expected, in Villa massage and full time chef meant we didn’t need to leave. All requests were easily communicated via messaging.

We hebben het zó geweldig gehad met onze familie! Je voelt je meteen thuis door de gezellige inrichting. Het uitzicht over de rijstvelden is zo mooi! De slaapkamers zijn prima. Wij hadden weinig last van het verkeer. We hebben een paar keer massages laten doen, Awan regelde dat. Dat verliep allemaal prima. Dagelijks maakte Awan een prima ontbijt naar keuze. We vonden het allemaal goed. Awan spreekt genoeg Engels voor de noodzakelijke communicatie. De supermarkt aan de overkant is erg handig, het simpele restaurant op 20 meter ook. Via Grab hebben we ook regelmatig eten besteld. Het was voor een paar van ons een eerste kennismaking met Azië. Door de villa is die eerste indruk geweldig goed!!! Dank je wel Olive voor het ter beschikking stellen van deze unieke plek!

Nice stay, amazing place for the price and the staff where very genuine

Words can’t actually express how beautiful this property is. A lush oasis, Ross’s place is divine. The gardens are next level, the bedroom dwellings great, and the main living space was actual perfection! We had such a relaxing stay as a family of 7, it could not have met our needs any more perfectly. Ross was easy to communicate with, his staff helpful (we took a little bit to get used to them being around, but they were so friendly and respectful, definitely wasn’t them!) and even his recommended driver was sensational. From airport transfers to our own private tour of Ubud, our lovely driver really topped off a wonderful stay in heavenly Ubud. Thanks Ross for sharing your beautiful home with us, we would love to come back some time, it really was the best holiday. 💛

Jane is a beautiful person, inside and out! Her house keeper, Made, is also very friendly and keeps everything extremely clean and organized. They both really made me feel so at home and comfortable during my stay. Jane even went out of her way to help me find a power adapter so I could charge my electronic devices. Ich war nur eine Nacht da, aber diese war hervorragend. Das Zimmer ist schön und gut ausgestattet, sauber, und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Frisches Wasser und Kaffee sind inklusive, die Anlage sieht traumhaft aus.

The villa is such a nice place surrounded by rice field and trees. Rivers are flowing out the window. Food is nice, lovely trip. Thank you.

However, the entrance and yard could be improved—keeping it clutter-free and more inviting would enhance the holiday vibe for guests. We had an amazing experience staying with Made in Ubud! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He not only arranged and drove us to Gili, but also helped us with everything we needed during our time in Bali. Made also recommended his family’s cooking class, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we felt like part of the family. We absolutely loved our stay at Kupu Kupu. This is a perfect villa for a stay at Bingin. Away from the main drag but just a quick bike (or car) ride to find your way to the busier parts of Bingin. Cashew Tree, Seed and Salty Coffee all within walking distance and gym and Reform Pilates are just around the corner. Bingin Beach is an easy 10 minutes walk. The villa itself was superb! Elegant beach vibe interior and the outdoor area is so lush with a sparkling pool that no one wanted to get out of! Hendrik was only a step away for any assistance that we needed and was lovely to deal with. We will definitely be booking Villa Kupu Kupu again for our next trip to Bingin. Our favourite accommodation of our holiday!!

The Jungle Nook is a peaceful retreat with a stunning view of the jungle and rice terraces below. The only ‘disturbance’ you’ll get here is from the wildlife as the sound of birds, cicadas and cockerels fills the air. This is a fantastic place to reconnect with nature and take lazy days sat on the veranda reading a book. We visited as part of our honeymoon and took advantage of the honeymoon package which was well worth the fee! Having a massage together overlooking the jungle was a memory which will stay with us forever. As was the additional activity of yoga, which again was surreal! We are not vegans, but fully enjoyed all the food which was offered. It was all incredibly flavoursome and well prepared. The service and communication at the Jungle Nook is second to none. Always incredibly responsive and eager to help whenever we needed anything; whether it be arranging for transport or taking us on the free tour of the rice fields. A truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
