Our much loved holiday home on Loch Tay is set in Scotland's most spectacular scenery, sited on the Heart 200 Road Trip through Perthshire. We are lucky to have a private shore, where you can sit amidst the rocks and trees, make a campfire or paddle in the loch . Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

Knockfarrie Cottage

Our cottage is located within the popular town of Pitlochry. Nestled on a quiet road, within metres of the black spout woods but also a leisurely 10 mins stroll to the centre of town. The cottage has private parking for one car, and on street parking for a second car. The cottage is equipped with Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix, games and music system. There is also a lockable outhouse that could hold bikes, paddle boards or outdoor equipment. There is a small seating area outside for four.

It is within walking distance to restaurants and dining place, public transport, train station, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the views, the cosiness, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
